«Ասում են, թե Երևանի որոշ մանկապարտեզներում այնպիսի բարքեր ու կանոններ են, որոնք հնարավոր չէ առանց սարսափի պատմել։ Էրեբունի համայնքի Նոր Արեշ թաղամասի շատ գեղեցիկ ու հնչեղ անվանումով (անունն առայժմ չենք հրապարակում) մանկապարտեզներից մեկում, ինչպես ծնողներն են տեղեկացնում, դաստիարակը հոգեպես անհավասարակշիռ կին է, ով հերիք չէ սեփական մեթոդներն ունի երեխաներին պատժելու (երբեմն-երբեմն փոքրիկների տրուսիկների մեջ նայելու), այլև ասում են, թե աղանդավոր է։ Վերջինս երեխաներին տկլորացնում է ու հոգեբանական ճնշումների ենթարկում, սպառնում, թե տանելու Է ծառից կապի։ Այս «մեթոդների» պատճառով, ասում են, փոքրիկ տղաներից մեկն այնպիսի վիճակում Է, որ առանց բժիշկ-հոգեբանի հազիվ թե կարողանա հաղթահարել ծանր ապրումները։ Իհարկե, ոչ միայն մանկավարժի հոգեբանությունից կիլոմետրերով հեռու այս դաստիարակ կոչեցյալին պետք Է անհապաղ հեռացնել զգայուն փոքրիկների աշխարհից, այլև տվյալ նախակրթարանի տնօրենին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել՝ նման աշխատողին սատարելու-հովանավորելու համար։ Եթե մեր փոքրիկ հրապարակումն ազդակ չլինի տնօրենին վերանայումներ կատարելու իր աշխատանքում, մենք առաջիկայում անուններով և փաստերով կանդրադառնանք խիստ ցավոտ և մտահոգիչ այս խնդրին»,–գրում է թերթը։
