Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի այցը Բելգիա քաղաքական կարևոր նշանակություն ունի: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՅԴ Եվրոպայի Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի հաղորդակցության պատասխանատու Պետո Դեմիրճյանը: Նրա խոսքով, այցի ընթացքում շեշտադրվել են մի քանի հարցեր` Բելգիայի քաղաքական գործիչներին ղարաբաղյան խնդրի իրական պատկերի ներկայացում, Արցախի հետ հարաբերությունների խորացում, Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած գործողությունների մանրամասն ներկայացում:

«ԼՂՀ նախագահի մակարդակով Բելգիա այցելությունը, ունեցած հանդիպումները ոչ միայն նպաստում են հարաբերությունների խորացմանն, այլև Արցախի ճանաչման միջոցներից են: Նա բավական հագեցած ծրագրով էր Բելգիայում, հանդիպումներ եղան ինչպես Հայ դատի գրասենյակի անձնակազմի, տեղի հայ համայնքի, այնպես էլ տարբեր մակարդակներում խորհրդարանների պատգամավորների հետ: Նպատակն էր Արցախի հետ կապերն ամրապնդելը, հարաբերություները խորացնելը: Բակո Սահակյանը դարձավ Մեխելեն քաղաքի պատվո հյուրը: Հատկանշական է, որ նա գրառում կատարեց Մեխելեն քաղաքի պաշտոնական գրքում, որտեղ գրառում են թողնում տարբեր երկրների նախագահներ վարչապետներ, թագավորներ»,-ասաց Պետո Դեմիրճյանը:

Նա Բակո Սահակյանի այցելության ընթացքից կարևոր համարեց մի քանի շեշտադրումներ. նախ այն, որ պատգամավորներին ոչ միայն ներկայացվեց ղարաբաղյան խնդրի իրական պատկերը, այլև ընդգծվեց` Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած գործողություններին պետք է տալ հասցեական գնահատական:

«Արցախը վճռական է խաղաղության պահպանման հարցում, ձգտում է առաջ շարժվել ժողովրդավարական կարգով, իսկ Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտում է: Սա է եղել Բակո Սահակյանի ուղերձն` ընդգծելով, որ Ադրբեջանին ուղղված խոսքերը պետք է լինեն թիրախավորված: Ու եթե պետությունը ճանաչված չէ, ապա դա չի նշանակում, որ իրավունք չունի արարելու, ստեղծագործելու, այլ երկրների հետ հարաբերություններ ունենալու»,-ասաց Պետո Դեմիրճյանն` ընդգծելով, որ Բակո Սահակյանի այցը նաև տեղի լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է եղել:

Արցախի նախագահը ելույթ է ունեցել ակադեմիական շրջանակում` Համալասարանական հիմնադրամում: Նա հանդիպում է ունեցել տեղի հայ համայնքի հետ: Հայ համայնքն իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել սատարելու Արցախին: Պետո Դեմիրճյանը տեղեկարցեց, որ առաջիկայում առավել ակտիվանալու են Արցախի պետական, քաղաքական գործիչների այցելությունները Եվրոպա: Շատ կարևոր է ղարաբաղյան խնդրի մասին անձամբ եվրոպացի գործընկերներին ներկայացնելը:

Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը Բելգիա կազմակերպվել էր Եվրոպայի Հայ դատի գրասենյակի նախաձեռնությամբ:
