Ամփոփվել են վարչական շրջանների աշխատանքների 2016թ. մայիս ամսվա գնահատման ու վերլուծության արդյունքները

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, ամփոփվել են մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների 2016թ. մայիս ամսվա գնահատման ու վերլուծության արդյունքները:
Ներկայացնելով քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում կատարած աշխատանքների մայիս ամսվա ամփոփ ցուցանիշները` քաղաքապետի խորհրդական Արայիկ Քոթանջյանը նշել է, որ աղյուսակային ընդհանուր սանդղակում առաջին հորիզոնականն զբաղեցրել է Ավան, երկրորդը՝ Դավթաշեն, իսկ երրորդ տեղը Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանը: Մայիս ամսվա ամփոփիչ գնահատման և վերլուծության արդյունքներով վերջին՝ տասներկուերորդ, տասնմեկերորդ և տասներորդ տեղերն էլ համապատասխանաբար զբաղեցրել են Կենտրոն, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն և Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանները:
Անդրադառնալով ցածր ցուցանիշներ գրանցած վարչական շրջաններին՝ քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է կարճ ժամանակահատվածում շտկել բացթողումներն ու ըստ ոլորտների տանել հետևողական աշխատանք:
«Իսկապես անընդունելի է, երբ վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերի որոշ բաժինների թերի աշխատանքի արդյունքում վարչական շրջանը հայտնվում է ցածր հորիզոնականում: Առավել անընդունելի է, երբ նման թերացումները կրկնվում են պարբերաբար: Սրանից պետք է հետևություններ արվեն ու հստակ քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն, այդ թվում նաև տվյալ բաժինների պատասխանատուների վերանայման ու փոխարինման հետ կապված: Ըստ այդմ, հետևողական աշխատանք տարեք համապատասխան բաժինների հետ և փորձեք հնարավորին կարճ ժամանակում շտկել բոլոր թերացումները՝ ցածր ցուցանիշներ չունենալու համար: Վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերի ցանկացած թերացում, ըստ էության, բոլորիս թերացումն է: Մենք թիմային աշխատանք ենք կատարում և պետք է հետևողական լինենք, որ կարողանանք կյանքի կոչել մեր բոլոր ծրագրերը», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:
Խորհրդակցության շրջանակում ներկայացվել են նաև քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի վարչությունների ու բաժինների, ինչպես նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող ՓԲԸ-ների գործառույթների 2016թ.-ի մայիս ամսվա գնահատման արդյունքները: Անդրադառնալով ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատված ցուցանիշներին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է լինել առավել հետևողական «Թեժ գծով» ստացված ահազանգերին տրված պատասխաններին, դիմում-գրություններին ժամանակին պատասխանելուն, քաղաքացիների ընդունելության կազմակերպման ու աշխատանքային կարգապահության ցուցանիշներին՝ թերացումները շտկելու և բացառելու համար:
