«Ինչո՞ւ դուք չունեք Թեժ գիծ». Անահիտ Բախշյանը՝ ՊՆ-ին

Երեւանի ավագանու «Բարեւ Երեւան» խմբակցության անդամ Անահիտ Բախշյանն անդրադարձել է Պաշտպանության նախարարության՝ Թեժ գիծ չունենալու խնդրին:

«Հայաստանի պետական գերատեսչություններից շատերն ունեն Թեժ գիծ, որի արդյունավետ գործունեության մասին կարելի է շատ բանավիճել, բայց այն, որ դա կա, արդեն խոսում է այն մասին, որ գերատեսչությունն ու հասարակությունն իրար հաղոդակից դարձնելու փորձն առկա է, մնում է այն կատարելագործել, ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնել», - հայտնում է նա:

Անդրադառնալով Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը՝ Բախշյանը զարմանում է, որ վերջինս չի ապահովում նման հնարավորություն այն դեպքում, երբ ապրիլյան պատերազմն ամբողջությամբ մերկացրեց այդ ոլորտի բացթողումները: «Եթե հասարակության մեջ չլինեին հոգատար ու սրտացավ մարդիկ, ապա զոհված ու վիրավոր զինծառայողների ընտանիքների անդամներն իրենց հոգսերի ու կարիքների մասին ասելիքը տեղ չէին կարողանա հասցնել»,- նշում է Անահիտ Բախշյանը:

Ինչպես նա է ասում, ՊՆ զինծառայողների սոցիալական վարչության գործունեության մասին իրենց կայքում՝ http://www.mil.am/hy/pn/317/18/130/p/about, դրված են վարչության խնդիրները, որոնք զբաղեցնում են 5 էջ, եւ որտեղ կան զինվորների ու զինվորականների, նրանց ընտանիքների բազում սոցիալական խնդիրները լուծելուն միտված կետեր, որոնց մասին տեղյակ չեն շահառուները, ու քանի որ նրանց հետ չկա անմիջական շփման հնարավորություն, զինծառայողների հարազատները ենթարկվում են շատ լուրջ սթրեսի:

Անահիտ Բախշյանը, այսպիսով, հարց է բարձրացնում, թե ինչո՞ւ Պաշտպանության նախարարության սոցիալական վարչությունը չունի Թեժ գիծ, որպեսզի շահառու քաղաքացիներն անմիջապես կարողանան իրենց մտահոգող խնդիրների մասին բարձրաձայնել ու դրանք հնարավորինս արագ ստանան համապատասխան լուծում, սակայն ՊՆ-ի՝ փակ կառույց լինելու ակնհայտ փաստը որպես հակափաստարկ չի ընդունելու: «Թեժ գիծը պետք է լինի ՊՆ-ի Զինծառայողների սոցիալական վարչության աշխատակազմի անմիջական գործառույթը», - հավելում է ավագանու անդամը:
