Իրականում ում է պատկանում Ադրբեջանում հայտնաբերված վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականը.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներից մեկը երեկ տեղեկատվություն է տարածել այն մասին, որ Բաքվի Սաբունչիի շրջանում հայտնաբերվել է Հայաստանի քաղաքացուն պատկանող վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական։
Իրականում Բաքվի Սաբունչիի շրջանում հայտնաբերված վարորդական վկայականը պատկանում է ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմում զոհված 34-ամյա գյումրեցի փոխգնդապետ Ալեքսան Առաքելյանին։ Այդ մասին մեզ հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Առաքելյանի հայրը՝ Գևորգ Առաքելյանը։
- Պարոն Առաքելյան, ըստ ձեզ, ձեր որդու վկայականը ինչպե՞ս է հայտնվել Ադրբեջանում։
- Զոհվելու օրը Ալիկի բոլոր փաստաթղթերը գրպանից հանել էին։ Հեռախոսը, ժամացույցը, բանկի քարտը, անձնագիրը, վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականը, գումար ամբողջը դատարկել էին։
- Ադրբեջանցինե՞րը։
- Այո, դե 10 օր իրենց մոտ է եղել դին։
- Այդ դեպքում ինչպե՞ս է հայտնվել ինչ-որ քաղաքացու տան մոտ
- Ո՞վ գիտի, միգուցե ադրբեջանական կողմից քաղաքացիական անձ է այդ օրը կռվին մասնակից եղել։ Ես չեմ կարող ասել։ Միայն գիտեմ, որ դիակի զննության ժամանակ Ալիկի համազգեստի գրպանները շուռ էին տված։ Նույնիսկ մի գրիչ չկար գրպանում։ «Վիլիսի» բանալիները ևս վերցրել էին։
- Փորձե՞լ եք պարզել, թե որտեղ հն փաստաթղթերը։
- Չէ, չեմ փորձել։ Նոր իմացա, որ վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականն են գտել։
- Իսկ ըստ ձեզ, նրանք չգիտե՞ն, թե դա ում փաստաթուղթն է ինչո՞ւ են հետաքննություն սկսել։
- Ո՞նց կարող Է չիմանան։ Էդ ի՞նչ պիտի քննեն։ Ուրեմն մի բան մտածել են, ես դա չեմ կարող ասել։
- Պարոն Առաքելյան, եթե կարելի Է, խոսենք նաև ձեր որդու ընտանիքի բնակարանի խնդրից։ Դուք հրաժարվել Էիք «ՏՕՏ Գյումրի» ծրագրի միջոցով պատգամավոր Արման Սահակյանի կողմից ձեզ տրամադրված բնակարանից՝ նշելով, որ տեղն ու պայմանները հարմար չեն։ Ձեզ հաջողվե՞ց լուծել բնակարանի խնդիրը։
- Հենց հիմա, ներկա պահին «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Վարդան Հարությունյանն ու Շիրակի մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Սերգեյ Ամիրբեկյանը փաստաթղթային հաշվառումներ են անում, զոհված հերոսին բնակարան են նվիրել։ Ես իրենց ցավը տանեմ։
–Որտե՞ղ Է գտնվում։
- Գյումրիում Է գտնվում, մեր տան մոտ, կահավորված բնակարան է։ Ամբողջ նվիրատվությունը կազմել Է 50 հազար դոլար։ Տան բանալիներն Էլ, վկայականն Էլ արդեն մեր ձեռքում են։ Հերոսի ընտանիքը այդ բնակարանում Է ապրում:
