Բանակում ողնաշարի վիրավորում ստացած զինվորի աթոռը ծակում էին, տղային դնում վրան ու տեղափոխում դրսի փայտե զուգարան.«Առավոտ»

«Բանակում ծանր վիրավորումներ ստացած և հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած մեր զինվորները մինչ ապրիլյան պատերազմը, կարելի Է ասել, անտեսված Էին։ Քառօրյա պատերազմը սթափեցրեց հասարակությանը, և մարդիկ ավելի շատ ու սրտացավորեն սկսեցին հետաքրքրվել զինվորների թե՛ ընտանիքի սոցիալական վիճակի, թե՛ առողջության և թե՛ նրանց բանակային կենցաղի մասին։

Մինչդեռ մենք ունենք բանակում հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած զինվորներ կամ արդեն նախկին զինվորներ, որոնք բոլոր առումներով անտեսված  են։

«Աջակցության վիրավոր զինվորներին և զոհվածների ընտանիքներին» նախաձեռնության անդամ Հայկուհի Մինասյանն ասում Է՝ շատ կան ընտանիքներ, որոնց զավակները բանակում Են հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերել, և նրանք Պետական հոգածության տակ պետք է լինեն՝ անվճար դեղորայք ու այլ աջակցություն ստանան, սակայն չտիրապետելով իրենց իրավունքներին՝ զրկվում Են  այդ ամենից։

Մենք ունենք 7 տարի կոմայի մեջ գտնվող զինվոր, որն անհասկանափ պատճառներով 3 անգամ սրտի կանգ է ունեցել առաջինը՝ դիրքերից իջնելիս, մյուսները՝ հոսպիտալ տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին։ Նա անգամ «վիբրոմա» ներքնակ չունի, անիվներով մահճակալ չունի, որպեսզի ծնողները կարողանան տեղափոխել նրան։ Այս զինվորի ընտանիքին պաշտպանության նախարարությունն օգնել է, սակայն ծնողներն իրենք չեն կարողացկ ճիշտ գնահատել իրենց հաշմանդամ որդու կարիքները, նա անշարժ պառկած է, ու առաջնային հարկավոր Էր ապահովել հատուկ ներքնակով ու մահճակալով։ Աոթքում բնակվող մի հաշմանդամ տղա, որը կրկին բանակում է ողնաշարի վիրավորում ստացել, ցուրտ պայմաններում նրա աթոռը ծակում էին, տղային դնում վրան ու  տեղափոխում դրսի փայտե զուգարան։
