««Ոտքի՛,Հայաստան» նախաձեռնությունը համացանցում երեկ «Արցախի դեմ ապրիլյան ագրեսիայի տեսագրությունը– վերնագրով տեսանյութ էր տարածել, որում երևում է ադրբեջանցիների տեղաշարժը դեպի ԼՂՀ սահման։ Տեսանյութում երևում էր նաև, որ այդ ամենի մասին զեկուցվում է հրամանատարությանը, սակայն այնտեղից դիրքապահ զինվորներին համապատասխան գործողությունների դիմելու հրահանգ չի տրվում։

Աժ պատգամավոր, «Երդվյալ ազատամարտիկների միության» ղեկավար Ռուբեն Գևորգյանը «Հայոց Աշխարհ»–ի հետ զրույցում, մեկնաբանելով վերոնշյալ տեսանյութը, ընդգծեց. «Եթե մեր զինվորները գիշերային տեսանելիությամբ նայում են թշնամուն, ապա իիենք ինչ գիտեն, թե թիկունքում ինչ է կատարվում։ Երբ զինվորները հակառակորդի դիրքավորվելու մասին հայտարարում են կամ տեղյակ են պահում մեր հրամկազմին, ապա նրանք ի՛նչ գիտեն, թե ինչ գործողություններ են կատարվում։

Միայն այն կողմում կատաիվելիքն է երևում տեսանյութում։ Եվ միայն այդքանով չի կարելի ընդհանուր կարծիք ստեղծել։ Չի կարելի նաև ենթադրել, թե հրամկազմն այդ ընթացքում ինչ է մտածում կամ ինչ գործողություն– նեի է իիականացնում։

Չի կաիելի առանց վերլուծելու քննադատել մեր հրամկազմին։ Մենք հստակ չգիտենք, թե զինվորները ինչ վիճակում են գտնվել, հետևաբար տեղին չէ ինչ-որ մեկնաբանություն անել։ Միգուցե վախեցած են եղել և ամբողջական ու արդարացի չեն վերլուծել իրավիճակը։

Ես անհեթեթություն են համարում այդ տեսանյութով մեր բանակի կամ հրամկազմի մասին կարծիք կազմելը՝ առանց իմանալու նրանց ամբողջական գործողությունների մասին»,– նկատեց պատգամավորը։

«Երդվյալ ազատամարտիկների միության» ղեկավարը մեզ հետ զրույցում  անդրադարձավ նաև այս   պահին   սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակին։

«Հիմա այնտեղ հարաբերական հանգիստ է։ Մենք ոչ միայն հիմա, այլև 1994 թվականի զինադադարից ի վեր մշտապես պատրաստ ենք եղել պատերազմի։ Միշտ էլ սպասել ենք, որ բոլորովին այլ որակների ընկալումներ ունեցող թշնամին կարող է հարձակողական քայլեր ձեռնարկել։

Ես կարող եմ հստակ ասել, որ մեր բանակը կամ ժողովուրդը հանգիստ չեն եղել երբևիցե։ Նրանք միշտ էլ մտածել են, որ պետք է զգուշանալ։ Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր պատրաստ լինելուն, ասեմ միշտ էլ պատրաստ ենք եղել։

Նշեմ, սակայն, որ ապրիլյան գործողությունների ընթացքում թշնամու հարձակումը հանկարծակի է եղել, սարսափելի ու թշնամաբար՝ գիշերով։ Ճիշտ է, բանակն արթուն էր, բայց ժողովուրդը քնած էր։ Դա նույնն է, թե քնած մարդուն կացնահարեն, քնած մարդու վրա հարձակում գործեն։ Եթե նման հանկարծակի հարձակում չլիներ, մեր զոհերն ավելի քիչ կլինեին, և մենք ավելի լուրջ հակահարված կտայինք»,– ասաց ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորը»,–գրում է թերթը։
