Անի Սանոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախատեսել է իր ս.թ. հունիսի 16-ի նիստում հաստատել Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան համայնքի վարչական տարածքներում, բացառությամբ «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկի տարածքի, քիմիական արդյունաբերության բնագավառում թույլատրելի գործունեության տեսակների ցանկը, որը բաղկացած է օճառի և օծանելիքի և կոսմետիկական միջոցների արտադրությունից: Օճառի արտադրության մեջ չկան վտանգավոր նյութեր և թափոններ, արտադրական գործընթացն իրականացվում է փակ ցիկլով, որի ժամանակ թափոն չի առաջանում: Օծանելիքի և կոսմետիկական միջոցների արտադրությունը դեղագործական արդյունաբերության բաղկացուցիչ մասն է, որտեղ վտանգավոր լուծիչ չի կիրառվում, արտադրանքը թողարկվում է ջրային հիմքով, որն ինքնին անվտանգ է:
Քիմիական արդյունաբերության բնագավառի թույլատրելի գործունեության տեսակների սահմանափակումը միտված է տարածաշրջանի բնությունը և շրջակա միջավայրը դրանցից զերծ պահելուն: Մի կողմից բացառվում են Դիլիջանի վարչական տարածքներում քիմիական արդյունաբերության այն գործունեության տեսակները, որոնք կարող են վտանգել հանրության համար առավել բարենպաստ շրջակա միջավայր ստեղծելու գործընթացը, մյուս կողմից` թույլատրվող գործունեության տեսակների միջոցով համայնքի բնակիչների համար ստեղծվում են աշխատատեղեր:
Դիլիջանը կրթամշակութային միջազգային կենտրոն դարձնելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է քաղաքում ձևավորել քաղաքաշինական և ճարտարապետական սկզբունքներին համապատասխան, պատմամշակութային արժեքների պահպանմամբ, առողջ ու գրավիչ միջավայր, որի արդյունքում կստեղծվեն ներդրումների բարենպաստ պայմաններ:
Որոշման նախագիծը մշակել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը` ՀՀ պետական կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման շահագրգիռ մարմինների մասնակցությամբ և համաձայնեցվել է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության հետ:
