ԱԺ-ն քննարկում է Գյումրիի ճանապարհների հիմնանորոգման և լուսավորության արդիականացման վարկային համաձայնագիրը

Խորհրդարանը քննարկում է Հայաստանի և Վերակառուցման և զարգացման բանկի միջև ստորագրված «Գյումրու քաղաքային ճանապարհներ» վարկային համաձայնագիրը: Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը նշեց, որ համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է հիմնանորոգել Գյումրի քաղաքի ճանապարհները, ինչպես նաև արդիականացնել քաղաքային լուսավորության ցանցը: «Ծրագ իրը վերաբերում է Գյումրիում անվտանգ երթևեկություն և տրանսպորտային պատշաճ հաղորդակցություն, ինչպես նաև էներգախնայող արտաքին լուսավորություն ապահովելու խնդրին: Մասնավորապես, ենթադրվում է ճանապարհների ասֆալտապատում և մայթերի վերանորոգում, ջրահեռացման համակարգերի արդիականացում, հետիոտնային նոր տարածքների կառուցում, արտաքին լուսավորության ենթակառուցվածքների վերակառուցում, քաղաքում ավտոկայանատեղիների կառուցման ռազմավարության մշակում՝ հետագայում այն կիրառելու համար»,- նշեց Տերտերյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ համաձայնագրով Հայաստանին կտրամադրվի 14.6 միլիոն եվրո վարկ: Վարկը կտրամադրվի 3 տրանշներով՝ 5.3 միլիոն եվրո, առաջին, ևս 5.3 միլիոն եվրո՝ երկրորդ և 4 միլիոն եվրո՝ երրորդ տրանշով: «Կտրամադրվի նաև 7.3 միլիոն եվրո ներդրումային դրամաշնորհ, որը նույնպես կուղղվի այն խնդիրների կարգավորմանը, որը նախատեսվում է վարկային համաձայնագրով: Կա նաև տեխնիկական համագործակցության դրամաշնորհ 1.94 միլիոն եվրոյի չափով, որից 345 հազար եվրոն ծախսվելու է ծրագիրը նախապատրաստելու, 1.2 միլիոն եվրոն՝ ծրագրի իրականացման աջակցության համար, 240 հազար եվրոն՝ վերահսկողության և կառավարման աջակցության համար, 160 հազար եվրոն ավտոկայանատեղիների կառուցման ռազմավարության մշակման համար»,- հայտնեց Վաչե Տերտերյանը:
Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ փոխնախարարը հայտնեց, որ վարկի մարման ժամկետը 15 տարի է, արտոնյալ ժամկետը՝ 3 տարի:
