Առողջապահության նախարարության պաշտոնյաներին մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում շարունակվում է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության աշխատակիցների կողմից 2012-2014թթ. առողջարանային կեղծ ուղեգրեր պատրաստելու և իրացնելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մ ամուլի քարտուղար Սոնա Տռուզյանը, ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա պետական առողջապահության գործակալության Երևանի քաղաքային կենտրոնի պետ Արսեն Սեդրակյանին, գործակալության բժշկական ծառայությունների գնման և տեղեկատվական բաժնի նախկին պետ Սամվել Խարազյանին հունիսի 15-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ):
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2012-2014 թվականների ընթացքում, անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, նրանք չեն կատարել իրենց պաշտոնեական պարտականությունները և պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործել են ծառայության շահերին հակառակ։ Մասնավորապես՝ խախտվել են պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման մասին ՀՀ կառավարության, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի համապատասխան մի շարք հրամանների պահանջները։ Արդյունքում՝ ընդունվել են առողջապահության նախարարի հրամաններով հաստատված դեպքերից ավել քա նակության ուղեգրեր, որի հետևանքով անզգուշությամբ առաջացել են ծանր հետևանքներ:
Մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Պետական առողջապահության գործակալության պետ Սարո Ծատուրյանը ներկայումս կասկածյալի կարգավիճակում է: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Քննության արդյունքներով կայացվող դատավարական որոշումների մասին կտեղեկացնենք լրացուցիչ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
