«Մեզ տեղեկություններ Էին հասել, որ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Վահրամ Շահինյանի դուստրն ու փեսան ազատվել են աշխատանքից. Հասմիկ Շահինյանն ազատվել Է ՊԵԿ-ի հետաքննության բաժնի պետի պաշտոնից։ ՊԵԿ-ի կայքում նրա վերաբերյալ տվյալներն արդեն հանված են։ Աշխատանքից ազատման լուրը ճշտելու համար դիմեցինք ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության բաժին, որտեղից ստացանք պատասխան, որ ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչության հետաքննության բաժնի պետ Հասմիկ Շահինյանը հունիսի 6-ին նշանակվել Է ՊԵԿ ներքին աուդիտի վարչության պետի տեղակալ։ Հ. Շահինյանի տեղում նշանակվել Է Սամվել Սինանյանը։ Ինչ վերաբերում Է ՀՔԾ պետի փեսային, ապա Նոր Նորքի քննչականի պետ Արամ Հարությունյանը մոտ մեկ շաբաթ առաջ Է ազատվել աշխատանքից։ Ի դեպ, ժամանակին, երբ վերջինս Արտաշատի քննչականի պետն էր, նրա դեմ ՀՔԾ-ում գործ Է եղել հարուցված Քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով (Պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելը, որն էական վնաս Է պատճառել անձանց)։ Դիմեցինք Քննչական կոմիտե, որտեղից փոխանցեցին, որ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի 08.06.16թ. հրամանով աշխատանքից ազատվել է Երևանի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետ Արամ Հարությունյանը՝ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն։ Փորձեցինք զրուցել պարոն Շահինյանի հետ, սակայն վերջինս հերքեց լուրերը՝ ասելով. «Նման բան չկա»։ Բայց տվյալներն արդեն հանված են կայքերից, իսկ քննչականից Էլ հաստատել են լուրը՝ նկատեցինք մենք։ Նա ավելացրեց. «Միգուցե ինչ-որ տեղ ինչ-որ բան սխալ Է»։ Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրներն ասում Էին, թե ՀՔԾ պետի փեսան պատրաստվում Է արտագաղթել Մոսկվա»,–գրում է թերթը։
