ՏՈՆ ՄԵՐ ՍՈՒՐԲ ԹԱՐԳՄԱՆԻՉ ՀԱՅՐԵՐԻ՝ ՍԱՀԱԿԻ ԵՒ ՄԵՍՐՈՊԻ
Հիսուս ասում է.
-Մի՛ վախեցիր, փոքրի՛կ հոտ, որովհետև ձեր Հայրը բարեհաճեց արքայությունը ձեզ տալ։ Վաճառեցե՛ք ձեր ունեցվածքները և փողը ողորմությա՛ն հատկացրեք։ Փորձեցե՛ք ձեռք բերել այնպիսի հարստություն, որ չի արժեզրկվում, այնպիսի մի գանձ, որ չի պակասում, և այն դիզեցե՛ք երկնքում, որտեղ ո՛չ գողը կարող է մոտենալ նրան, և ո՛չ էլ ցեցը կարող է փչացնել. որովհետև որտեղ ձեր հարստությունն է, այնտեղ է նաև ձեր սիրտը։
-Պատրա՛ստ եղեք, թող ձեր գոտիները ձեր մեջքին ամրացած և ձեր ճրագները վառված լինեն, նման եղեք այն ծառաներին, որոնք սպասում են, որ իրենց տերը հարսանիքից վերադառնա, որպեսզի երբ գա և բախի դուռը, նրանք իսկույն բաց
անեն։ Երանի՜ այն ծառաներին, որոնց տերը երբ գա, արթուն կգտնի նրանց։ Ասում եմ ձեզ, որ ինքն իր մեջքին գոտի պիտի կապի, սեղան պիտի նստեցնի նրանց և ինքը սպասարկի նրանց։ Երանելի են այն ծառաները, որոնց տերը արթուն կգտնի նրանց, երբ տուն վերադառնա կեսգիշերին կամ ավելի ուշ։ Բայց ա՛յս էլ իմացեք, որ եթե տանտերը գիտենար, թե գողը որ ժամին կգար, արթուն կմնար և թույլ չէր տա, որ գողը, պատը քանդելով, իր տունը մտներ։ Ուրեմն դուք էլ պատրաստ եղեք, որովհետև Մարդու Որդին կարող է գալ ձեր չսպասված ժամին։

Թեև պարգևները զանազան են լինում, բայց նույն Հոգին է պարգևողը։ Զանազան հոգևոր պաշտոններ կան, այո՛, բայց նույն Տերն է դրանք բաշխողը։ Նույնպես և ծառայելու զանազան կարողություններ կան, բայց նույն Աստվածն է, որ դրանք տալիս է յուրաքանչյուրին։ Սուրբ Հոգին ամեն մեկի մեջ տարբեր ձևով է հայտնվում ընդհանուրի օգուտի համար։ Այսպես՝ Սուրբ Հոգին մեկին տալիս է իմաստությամբ հորդորելու կարողություն, մյուսին նույն Հոգին տալիս է հոգևոր գիտության հասնելու և ուսուցանելու կարողություն։ Նույն Հոգին մի երրորդի տալիս է հավատ, մեկ ուրիշին՝ բժշկելու զորություն, մեկ ուրիշին՝ հրաշագործության կարողություն, մեկ ուրիշին՝ մարգարեական պատգամախոսություն, ուրիշ մեկին՝ Հոգուց տրված պարգևները ճանաչելու կարողություն, ուրիշ մեկին՝ հափշտակության մեջ տեսակ-տեսակ լեզուներով խոսելու շնորհ, իսկ մեկ ուրիշին էլ՝ այդ լեզուներով խոսվածը մեկնաբանելու կարողություն։ Միևնույն Հոգին է, որ կատարում է այս բոլորը՝ յուրաքանչյուրին տալով մի պարգև, ինչպես ինքն է կամենում։
