Հաջոր պատերազմը մոտ է, իսկ մենք այդպես էլ ոչինչ փոխել չկարողացանք

Ապրիլյան պատերազմին հաջորդած այս շրջանում շփման գծում իրավիճակի սրման տարբեր հավանական ժամկետներ են նշվել, և անկախ ժամանակագրական կանխատեսումներից, մի բան է հստակ եղել միշտ, որ պատերազմը վերսկսվելու է։ Իհարկե սա վատ է, բայց ամենավատ բանը չէ, որ կարող է անհանգստացնել մեր ժողովրդին։ Ամենավատ բանն այն է, որ մենք այդպես էլ ոչինչ չփոխեցինք այդ գրեթե երեք ամիսների ընթացքում հաջորդ պատերազմին պատրաստ լինելու համար, և որ ամենավատն է, նրանք, որոնք ինչ-որ բան էին պարտավոր փոխելու, իզկբանե էլ պարզ էր, որ ոչինչ էլ չեն փոխելու։ Այսինքն ոչ լֆիկն էր մոնոպոլիաներից հրաժարվելու, ոչ լիսկան ծեծել-ջարդել-սպանելուց, ոչ էլ մի շարք գեներալներ բանակի փողերը փոշիացնելուց։
Ու եթե համարձակություն ունենանք իրականության և մեզ սպավղո վտանգների հետ առերեսվելու, ապա մենք քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո ոչինչ չենք փոխել, ոչ 200 միլիոն վարկի զենք կարողացանք բերել, ոչ առաջնագիծն ենք հարկ եղածին պես կահավորել, ոչ.. ... ոչ ... ոչ ..... «ոչերի» մի ամբողջ շարք։ Մեր իշխանավորները մի բան սակայն արդեն հասցրել են, պատերազմի վերսկսման դեպքում իրենց ընտանիքի, երեխաների անվտանգության հարցերը կարգավորել և եկրից փախուստի պլանն էլ մշակել են։
