Օբաման ժամանում է Օռլանդո՝ ցավակցություն հայտնելու զոհվածների ընտանիքներին

ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման հունիսի 16-ին կժամանի Ֆլորիդայի նահանգ, որտեղ ազգի անունից ցավակցություն կհայտնի Օռլանդո քաղաքի գիշերային ակումբի վրա հարձակման հետեւանքով տուժածներին ու զոհվածների ընտանիքներին:
«Նախագահը հասկանում Է, որ ինքը երկրի խորհրդանիշն Է, բայց նման շփումներ անցկացնելիս նա նաեւ անձամբ ներգրավված կլինի: Դա Էմոցիոնալ ուղեւորություն Է լինելու»,-Սպիտակ տան ներկայացուցիչ Ջոշ Էռնեստի խոսքը մեջբերել Է Reuters գործակալությունը: Նա նշել Է, որ Օբաման մտադիր Է հանդիպել հրաձգությունից փրկվածների եւ զոհվածների հարազատների հետ:
Florida Pulse ակումբի վրա հարձակումը կատարվել է հունիսի 12-ին: Աֆղանական ծագումով 29-ամյա ամերիկացի Օմար Մատինն սպանել է 49 մարդու: Ակումբի 53 այցելուներ վերքեր են ստացել, նրանցից հինգը ծանր վիճակում են: Սպանդը ամենաարյունալին է համարվում ԱՄՆ-ի նորագույն պատմության մեջ:
Ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների հաղորդումների՝ Մատինը հավատարմության երդում է տվել «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորմանը: Նա սպանվել է ոստիկանության կողմից:
Ավելի վաղ Օբաման հայտարարել է, որ հետաքննությունը հիմքեր չունի ենթադրելու, որ Մատինը ինչ-որ կերպ կապված է արտասահմանյան ծայրահեղական խմբավորումների հետ: Այդուամենայնիվ, ԱՄՆ-ի ղեկավարի կարծիքով, հարձակվողի վրա «ազդեցություն է գործել ծայրահեղական ուղղվածության այն տեղեկատվությունը, որը տարածվում է համացանցում»:
Նախագահը նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ Օմար Մատինը զենքը ձեռք է բերել օրինական ճանապարհով եւ քննադատել է դրա տարածումը կարգավորող ԱՄՆ-ի օրենքները, որոնք Օբաման անբավարար խիստ է համարել, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
