«Նոր Հայաստան» հանրային փրկության ճակատի շտաբը մի հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որում Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը հերքում է պահանջել «Արմենիա TV» հեռուստաընկերությունից:

Հաղորդագրության մեջ մասնավորապես գրված է.

«Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանը դիմել է «Արմենիա Թի-Վի» հեռուստաընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենին՝ այդ հեռուստաընկերության «Սուր անկյուն» հաղորդաշարի 2016թ. հունիսի 12-ի 197-րդ թողարկման մի մասում («Հաղթանակը շատ հայրեր ունի» խորագրով հետաքննությանը վերաբերվող 26:25-37:10 հատվածում, ինչպես նաեւ դրա մասին անոնսներում) իր վերաբերյալ տարածվող տեղեկատվության մեջ իր իրավունքները խախտող, տվյալ դեպքում՝ իր պատիվը, արժանապատվությունը եւ բարի համբավը արատավորող փաստացի անճշտությունները հերքելու պահանջով»:

Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը պահանջում է «Սուր անկյուն» հաղորդաշարի՝ առաջիկայում հեռարձակելիք առաջին իսկ թողարկման մեջ ապահովել իր պատիվը, արժանապատվությունն ու բարի համբավը արատավորող տեղեկություների հերքումը՝ 2016թ. հունիսի 12-ի դիտարկվող 197-րդ թողարկման՝ իրեն վերաբերող հատվածներին հավասար ժամանակամիջոցում եւ ձեւաչափով:

Հերքման պահանջն ստանալուց հետո` մեկշաբաթյա ժամկետում օրենքով սահմանված կարգով հերքումը տարածելուց հրաժարվելու կամ իր նամակին չպատասխանելու դեպքում՝ նա օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կդիմի դատարան` հերքումը տարածելու ու իր պատասխանը հրապարակելու հայցով:
