Ալոեն հայտնի է որպես այրվածքների բուժման հիասքանչ միջոց, սակայն շատերը չգիտեն, որ ալոեն նաև շատ արդյունավետ է սպիների դեպքում։
2․Վարունգ
Վարունգով պատրաստված դիմակը շատ օգտակար է ակնեի դեմ։ Պարզապես կտրեք վարունգն ու դրեք մաշկին։
3․Լոլիկ
Լոլիկի հյութը ևս շատ օգտակար է մաշկի համար։ Լոլիկը կտրեք և դրեք մաշկին և կտեսնեք փոփոխությունը։
4․Սոդա
Սոդան օգտակար է մաշկի շերտազատման և ծակոտիների փոքրացման համար։ Սոդայի վրա ավելացնել մի փոքր ջուր, քսել մաշկին, նրբորեն մերսել ու լվացվել։
5․Կիտրոն
Կիտրոնի հյութը ամենաարդյունավետն է ակնեից հետո մնացող հետքերից ազատվելու համար։
6․Ձիթապտղի յուղ
Ձիթապտղի յուղը շատ օգտակար է ամբողջ մարմնի և հատկապես մաշկի համար։
7․Վիտամին E
Վիտամին E-ն կարելի է ինչպես խմել, այնպես էլ յուղը քսել մաշկին կամ օգտագործել դիմակների մեջ։
8․ Շաքարավազ
Շաքարավազը ևս շատ օգտակար է մաշկից մեռած բջիջները հեռացնելու համար, որը նաև փափկեցնում է մաշկն ու փայլ հաղորդում։
