Պետությունն արգելում է Դիլիջանում իրականացնել քիմիական արդյունաբերության արտադրություն

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան համայնքի վարչական տարածքներում, բացառությամբ «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկի տարածքի, քիմիական արդյունաբերության բնագավառում թույլատրելի գործունեության տեսակների ցանկը, որում ներառված են օճառի, օծանելիքի և կոսմետիկական միջոցների արտադրությունը:
ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայկի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը նշեց, որ Դիլիջանը կրթամշակութային միջազգային կենտրոն դարձնելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է քաղաքում ձևավորել քաղաքաշինական և ճարտարապետական սկզբունքներին համապատասխան, պատմամշակութային արժեքների պահպանմամբ, առողջ և գրավիչ միջավայր, որի արդյունքում կստեղծվեն ներդրումների համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ:
Նրա խոսքով` տարածաշրջանի բնության և շրջակա միջավայրի վրա բացասական ազդեցություն ունեցող արտադրությունները բացառելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է Դիլիջանում և «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկի տարածքում սահմանափակել քիմիական արդյունաբերության բնագավառում թույլատրելի գործունեության տեսակները:
«Այս որոշմամբ հաստատված ցանկում, նրա խոսքով, ընդգրկվել են քիմիական ոլորտի հետևյալ գործունեության տեսակները՝ օճառի արտադրությունը, որի մեջ բացակայում են վտանգավոր նյութերի և թափոնների առկայությունը, իսկ արտադրական գործընթացն իրականացվում է փակ ցիկլով, որի արդյունքում թափոններ չեն առաջանում: Օծանելիքի և կոսմետիկական միջոցների արտադրությունը կազմում է դեղագործական արդյունաբերության բաղկացուցիչ մաս, որտեղ բացակայում են վտանգավոր լուծիչները, իսկ արտադրանքը թողարկվում է ջրային հիմքի վրա, որն ինքնին անվտանգ է»,-ասաց նախարարը:
