Վրաստանին համոզում են մի փոքր էլ համբերել. վիզայի ազատականացման հարցը հետաձգվում է

Դեռևս նախորդ տարվա ավարտին հաստատված այն համոզմունքը, որ Վրաստանն այս ամառ արդեն հասնելու է ԵՄ-ի հետ վիզայի ազատականացմանը, հօդս է ցնդում և նաև ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս այն նույն պաշտոնյաների, դիվանագետների հայտարարությունները վերլուծելու արդյունքում, ովքեր հավաստիացնում էին, որ Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներն արդեն 2016թ.-ի ամռանը կմեկնեն շենգենյան երկրներ՝ առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի:
Մի կողմից հասկանալի է, որ Եվրոպան այսօր լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի միգրացիոն ճգնաճամի համատեքստում և ամեն կերպ փորձում է սաստկացող այդ խնդրի դեմն առնել, սակայն, անհասկանալի է, թե ինչ ուղղակի առնչություն ունի այդ ամենի հետ Վրաստանը: Թերևս նույն եվրոպացի մասնագետների կարծիքով Վրաստանի հետ կապված վիզայի ազատականացման հարցում վերջնական դրական որոշում կայացնելը առնչվում է այդ երկրում կրիմինալի բարձր մակարդակի, այնտեղ գործող հանցագործ խմբավորումների առկայության հետ, բայց փաստ է, որ վերջին տասնամյակում Վրաստանն այդ հարցում մեծ առաջընթաց է գրանցել, ինչը բազմիցս փաստել են հենց իրենք՝ եվրոպացիները: Եվ ուրեմն ինչն է պատճառը, որ Վրաստանին շարունակ համոզում են, թե մի փոքր էլ անհրաժեշտ է համբերել:
Իսկ խնդիրն անշուշտ քաղաքական հարթության մեջ է: Հատկապես Գերմանիան, Ֆրանսիան և Իտալիան են դեմ հանդես գալիս Վրաստանին գոնե այս պահին ՛՛պարգևատրելու՛՛ հարցում, և պատճառն, իսկապես քիչ է առնչվում հենց Վրաստանի հետ, հատկապես եթե հաշվի առնենք նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ նշված արտոնությամբ սահմանափակ են լինելու Վրաստանի քաղաքացիների համար եվրոպական երկրներ այցելելու և այնտեղ գտնվելու հնարավորությունները, ուստի խնդիրներն առջվում են, ըստ էության, ավելի շատ նույն գործընթացի մեջ գտնվող Թուրքիային, Կոսովոյին և Ուկրաինային, որոնք կարծես մեկ ընդհանուր փաթեթի մեջ են դիտվում: Ի դեպ, Եվրոպայի համար հիմնական վտանգերը գալիս են Թուրքիայից. Անկարան բաց տեքսով մի քանի անգամ սպառնացել է, որ կարող է բացել Եվրոպա գնացող դարպասը միգրանտների առջև, եթե իր պահանջները լուծում չստանան:
Վրացի փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական գործիչները գտնում են, որ իրենց երկիրը վաղուց կատարել է վերոնշյալ գործընթացով պայմանավորված եվրոպական պահանջները , և ժամանակն է արժանի գնահատական տալ գրանցված արդյունքներին, և ոչ թե ամեն անգամ ամիսները դարձնել տարիներ:
