ՀԵՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը հաստատել է 2015թ. տարեկան հաշվետվությունը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում հունիսի 16-ին տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի (ՀԵՀ) հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Օրակարգային առաջին հարցով քննարկվել և հաստատվել է ՀԵՀ 2015 թ. գործունեության տարեկան հաշվետվությունը: ՀԵՀ գործադիր տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Տեր-Հովակիմյանը զեկուցել է, որ հաշվետու տարում hիմնադրամն իրականացրել է շուրջ 330 ծրագիր, այդ թվում՝ ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման ծրագիրը, որից ընդհանուր առմամբ օգտվել է մոտ 900 ուսանող: Նշվել է, որ ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցմա ն ծրագրի շրջանակում առաջին անգամ աջակցություն է ստացել նաև ՀՀ սահմանամերձ համայնքներից 316 ուսանող: Երիտասարդ գիտնականների աջակցության ծրագրով ֆինանսավորվել է արտասահմանյան գիտաժողովներին մասնակցության` 56, գիտական հետազոտությունների համար նյութերի և սարքերի ձեռքբերման՝ 25, գրքերի տպագրության՝ 5 հայտ։ 149 շահառու խրախուսում է ստացել արտասահմանյան ամսագրերում հրապարակված հոդվածների համար։ Նշվել է, որ ծավալուն աշխատանքներ են կատարվել նաև սպորտի, առողջապահության, սոցիալ-տնտեսական և զբաղվածության ոլորտներում։
Հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը քննարկել և հաստատել է նաև ՀԵՀ 2016 թ. բյուջեն և 2015թ.
ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունների վերաբերյալ աուդիտորական կազմակերպության եզրակացությունը: Մեկ այլ հարցով հավանության է արժանացել «ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում անվճար համակարգում չընդգրկված ուսանողներին ոչ մրցութային կարգով կրթաթոշակների տրամադրման մասին» կարգը:
