Այսօր Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է հանրապետության 4 մարզերի՝ Սյունիքի, Տավուշի, Արարատի և Վայոց ձորի մի շարք համայնքների խոշորացում:

Պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանն ասաց, որ Տավուշի մարզի Բերդավան համայնքի մի քանի հարյուր բնակիչ իրեն է դիմել՝ բողոքելով, որ համայնքների խոշորացման հետ կապված իրենց կարծիքները հաշվի չեն առել: Ըստ անկախ պատգամավորի՝ որոշ բնակիչներ լուրջ մտահոգություններ ունեն, որ իրենց համայնքը միացվում է Կողբ համայնքին, այլ ոչ Նոյեմբերյանին:

Պատգամավորի հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ են անտեսվել բնակիչների կարծիքները, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման փոխնախարար Վաչե Տերտերյանն ասաց. «Բերդավանն ունի 3,5 հազար բնակիչ, Կողբը՝ 4,5 հազար, դա արդեն 8 հազար բնակիչ է դառնում: Եթե հաշվի առնենք այն բազմամարդ հանրույթը, որն այս երկու համայնքներում հայտնի պատճառներով մշտական կամ գրեթե մշտական բնակությամբ բնակվում է, ես նկատի ունեմ զորամասը, որ այնտեղ կա, ապա մենք ունենում ենք շուրջ 10 հազար կամ 10 հազարին մոտ բնակչություն կամ հանրույթ, որը տեղական ինքնակառավարման ծառայություններ մատուցելու տեսանկյունից բավարար և օպտիմալ չափաքանակ է»:

Ըստ փոխնախարարի՝ եթե միացվեր Նոյեմբերյանին, ապա կլիներ մեծ և անհամաչափ տարածք: Նոյեմբերյանի քաղաքապետ Վանուշ Ամիրաղյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում հակիրճ նշեց, որ նախագիծը լավն է և օգտակար:

Իսկ Բերդավանի բնակչուհի Գոհար Ասլիկյանն ասաց. «Որպես հասարակ բերդավանցի, որն ամբողջությամբ դեռ չի մարսել խոշորացման շիլաշփոթը, խնդիրը, նպատակը, հստակ կարող եմ ասել՝ մեր համայնքը չունի խոշորացման կարիք, որովհետև մենք կայացած գյուղ ենք, ունենք հստակ բնակչություն,և ամենակարևորը՝ ինչպե՞ս կարելի է սահմանամերձ գոտում ռիսկային փոփոխություններ անել, որի վերջը ոչ ոք չգիտի: Անընդհատ միջազգային փորձն են մեջտեղ բերում, բայց չեն մտածում, որ մենք Գերմանիա չենք, պատրաստ չենք լայնամասշտաբ փոփոխության, որի արդյունքում համայնքը կկորցնի իր դեմքը, տեղը դիրքը, աշխատողները կկրճատվեն»:
