Պուտինը Պետդումայի ընտրությունները նշանակեց սեպտեմբերի 18-ին

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հունիսի 17-ին հրամանագիր Է ստորագրել Պետական դումայի ընտրությունները սեպտեմբերի 18-ին նշանակելու մասին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությանը:
«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի նոր գումարման Պետական դումայի պատգամավորների ընտրությունները նշանակել 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 18-ին: Սույն հրամանագիրն ուժի մեջ Է մտնում պաշտոնական հրապարակման օրվանից»,- ասված Է փաստաթղթի տեքստում:
7-րդ գումարման Պետդումայի ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան քվեարկության միասնական օրը՝ 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ 2014 թվականին ընդունված օրենքին համապատասխան, որը վերադարձնում Է խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատի ընտրությունների խառը համակարգը:
Օրենքի համաձայն՝ 450 պատգամավորների կեսն ընտրվելու Է կուսակցական ցուցակներով, իսկ մյուս կեսը՝ միամանդատ ընտրատարածքներում: Բացի այդ, օրենքով, հաջորդ՝ յոթերորդ գումարման խորհրդարան կանցնեն այն կուսակցությունները, որոնք կհաղթահարեն հինգ տոկոսի արգելքը (նախորդ յոթ տոկոսի արգելքի փոխարեն):
