Հայաստանը և Իրաքը խրախուսում են փոխադարձ ներդրումները

Ազգային ժողովը քննարկեց Հայաստան Հանրապետության կառավարության և Իրաքի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև ստորագրված «Ներդրումների խրախուսման և փոխադարձ պաշտպանության մասին» համաձայնագիրը:
Հիմնական զեկուցողը՝ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը նշեց, որ նմանատիպ համաձայնագրեր Հայաստանը ստորագրել է բազմաթիվ երկրների հետ: «Նախատեսվում է ներդրումների փոխադրաձ խրախուսման, փոխադարձ պաշտպանության իրավական համակարգ ձևավորել: Իրավական կարգավորումներն իրականացվելու են փոխադարձ ներդրումներ իրականացնելու տեսանկյունից»,- նշեց Մելքոնյանը:
Փոխնախարարը հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի և Իրաքի միջև առևտրաշջանառությունը կազմել է 132 միլիոն դոլար: «Եթե նայենք դրա կառուցվածքը, այդ գումարի 130 միլիոն դոլարը բաժին է ընկնում Հայաստանից արտահանմանը: Այստեղ մենք ի օգուտ մեզ դրական սալդո ունենք: Հիմնականում արտահանվում է արդյունաբերական արտադրանք: Մենք դրական զարգացումներ ունենք որոշ երկրների, մասնավորապես՝ Իրաքի և Չինաստանի մասով: Այս երկրներ տարեկան 30-40 տոկոսի աճ ունենք, ինչը շատ դրական է, և այս համաձայնագիրն էլ ուղղված է հարաբերությունները ներդրումների տեսանկյունից կարգավորելուն&raq uo;,- եզրափակեց փոխնախարարը:
