Առաջին բանը, որ կանայք անում են առավոտյան արթնանալուց հետո, կրծկալ կրելն է։ Կրծկալի նպատակն է կրծքերն «իր տեղում» պահելը և այն հատկապես կատարյալ է մեծ կրծքեր ունեցող կանանց համար։

Գիտնականները հայտարարում են, որ կրծկալ կրելն այնքան էլ դրական երևույթ չէ։ Այն ունի առավել բացասական, քան դրական հետևանքներ։

Հոկտեմբերի 13-ը նշվում է «Ո՛չ կրծկալին» օրը, որի նպատակն է բարձրացնել կրծքի քաղցկեղի մասին իրազեկվածությունը և կանանց տեղեկացնել այն ռիսկերի մասին, որոնք կարող են առաջանալ կրծկալ կրելու պատճառով։

Ֆրանսիայի Ֆրանշ Կոնտե ռեգիոնի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր և հետազոտող Ժան Դենիս Ռույոնի կատարած հետազոտությունը պարզել է կրծկալ կրելու դրական և բացասական հետևանքները։ Հետազոտությունը տևել է 15 տարի, որին մասնակցել են 15-ից 35 տարեկան 330 կանայք, ովքեր կրել են կրծկալ վաղ տարիքից։

Մենք կարծում ենք, որր կրծկալը, ըստ էության, օգնում է կրծքավանդակին, կանխում է կրծքերի թուլացումը և նվազեցնում է մեջքի ցավերը։ Սակայն հետազոտության արդյունքները այնպիսին չէին, ինչպես որ մենք կարծում էինք։ Հետազոտության կատարման ընթացքում որոշ կանայք դադարել են կրծկալ կրել և վերջնական արդյունքում նրանց կրծքերը ոչ թե թուլացել են, այլ ընդհակառակը, տեղի է ունեցել կրծքերի 7մմ բարձրացում։

«Կրծկալներն իսկապես դադարեցնում են արյան շրջանառությունը, և այն կանայք, ովքեր սովորաբար չեն կրում կրծկալներ, նրանց մաշկն ավելի էլաստիկ է լինում, կոլագենի բարձր մակարդակի պատճառով»,-ասել է պրոֆեսոր Ժանը։

Այնպես որ, եթե ցանկանում եք ունենալ գեղեցիկ և առողջ կրծքեր, ապա հնարավորինս հրաժարվեք կրծկալներից։
