ԱՄՆ-ը Ադրբեջանին 1,3 մլրդ դոլարի օգնություն է ցուցաբերել. դեսպան

1993 թվականից սկսած մինչ այժմ ԱՄՆ-ը ադրբեջանցի փախստականների եւ հարկադիր վերաբնակների համար 113 մլն դոլար են հատկացրել: 1993 թվականից Ադրբեջանին կատարված ԱՄՆ-ի ընդհանուր օգնությունը կազմում է 1 մլրդ 300 մլն դոլար:
Վկայակոչելով «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայությունը, հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպան Ռոբերտ Սեկուտան:
Խոսելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության լուծման ուղղությամբ զարգացումների մասին՝ Սեկուտան նշել է, որ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում ԱՄՆ-ի ջանքերը շարունակական են:
Ռոբերտ Սեկուտան հայտնել է նաեւ հունիսի 20-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպումից սպասելիքների մասին:
«Հանդիպմանը մասնակցելու է նաեւ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը: Մենք ողջունում ենք կողմերի միջեւ առաջընթացի ձեռքբերումը: Միեւնույն ժամանակ աջակցում ենք շփման գծում տեղի ունեցող միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ստեղծմանն ու համաձայնեցմանը, բազմակողմանի խաղաղ համաձայնության ձեռքբերմանը», -ասել է նա:
Դեսպանն ասել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների եւ առանձին համանախագահ երկրների ջանքերն ուղղված են մեկ նպատակի. «Հանդիպեցնել հակամարտության կողմերին եւ համաձայնեցնել բազմակողմանի խաղաղ համաձայնագիրը»:
ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքն այսօր ԱՊԱ գործակալությանը հայտնել է. «Ես անհամբերությամբ սպասում եմ այդ հանդիպմանը: Մենք հույս ունենք, որ կողմերը հանրագումարի կբերեն միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի իրականացման մասին ԵԱՀԿ կողմից առաջ քաշված պայմանավորվածությունը եւ կվերականգնեն բազմակողմանի խաղաղ համաձայնության գծով բանակցությունները»:
