Ստորագրվել է «Հյուսիս-հարավ»-ի Երևան-Արտաշատ և Երևան-Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածների հանձնման-ընդունման ակտը

 ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունում հունիսի 16-ին ստորագրվեց «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» առաջին տրանշի Երևան-Արտաշատ և Երևան-Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածների հանձնման-ընդունման վերջնական ակտը: Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրեցին Ավարտված շինարարական օբյեկտները շահագործման ընդունող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի առաջին տեղկալ Արթուր Առաքելյանը, հանձնաժողովի անդամները։ Հանձնաժողովի կազմում են ՀՀ ֆինանսների, ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչներ և հեղինակավոր մասնագետներ, ինչպես նաև՝ «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» տնօրեն Արթուր Սարգսյանը, Տրանշ 1-ի Երևան-Արտաշատ և Երևան-Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածների տեխհսկողությունն ու ծրագրի կառավարումն իրականացնող «Կորսան Կորվիամ Կոնստրուկսյոն Էս Ա» կապալառու ընկերության Հայաստանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Սանտիագո Ռոդրիգեսը և ճանապարհ ահատվածի որակի հսկողությունն իրականացնող «Սաֆեժ» կազմակերպության աշխատախմբի ղեկավար Բրոնիսլավ Դիմիտրիևիչը: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արթուր Առաքելյանը ստորագրման արարողության մասնակիցներին շնորհակալություն հայտնեց արդյունավետ աշխատանքի և մանրամասն ուսումնասիրություններ կատարելու համար։ Կարևորելով կատարված աշխատանքների որակը, նա նշեց, որ հանձնման-ընդունման վերջնական ակտի ստորագրումից հետո ուժի մեջ է մտնում մեկ տարի երաշխիքային ժամկետը: Եթե այդ ընթացքում հայտնաբերվեն թերություններ, շինարարը պարտավոր է առանց երթևեկության բնականոն ընթացքը խաթարելու շտկել դրանք:

«Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Առաջին տրանշն ընդգրկում է Երևան-Արտաշատ և Երևան-Աշտարակ ճանապարհի 31 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ հատվածները։ Ճանապարհահատվածի նախագծումն իրականացրել է ֆրանսիական «Էջիս Բիսիոմ Ինտերնեշնլ» կազմակերպությունը։ Շինարարը՝ իսպանական «Կորսան Կորվիամ Կոնստրուկսյոն ԷսԱ»-ն է։ Ծրագրի կառավարման խորհրդատուն և շինարարության տեխնիկական վերահսկողությունն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունը՝ ֆրանսիական «Սաֆեժ» և իսպանական «Էպտիսա» ընկերությունների համատեղ ձեռարկությունն է:
