Աչքերի տակ առկա սեւ շրջանակները շատ կանանց համար խնդիր են համարվում։ Շրջանակների առաջացման պատճառները շատ են, բայց դրանցից ազատվելու միջոցներն էլ քիչ չեն։ Կարելի է հետեւել սննդակարգին, քնի ռեժիմին, ինչպես նաեւ կիրառել օգտակար դիմակներ՝ բնական բաղադրիչներից։ Ներկայացնում ենք այդպիսի դիմակների մի քանի տարբերակ։
Նուշի յուղ
Աչքերի տակ սեւ շրջանակներից ազատվելու ամենահեշտ եղանակը նուշի յուղն է։ Հարկավոր է ամեն գիշեր ընդամենը 2-3 կաթիլ նշի յուղը մերսող շարժումներով քսել խնդրահարույց հատվածում։
Կարտոֆիլի հյութ
Կարտոֆիլը վիտամին C եւ սպիտակեցնող հատկություն ունեցող բնական նյութեր է պարունակում։ Աչքերի տակ առկա սեւ շրջանակներից ազատվելու համար պետք է հում կարտոֆիլից քամել հյութը եւ դրա մեջ ընկղմված կտորը դնել աչքերի տակ։ 10 րոպե անց խնդրահարույց հատվածը կարելի է լվանալ։ Պրոցեդուրան կարելի է ավարտել ձիթապտղի յուղով մերսումներով։ Այս մեթոդը կիրառելի է ամեն օր, 2 շաբաթ։
Թեյ
Կանաչ կամ սեւ թեյը եփելուց եւ սառեցնելուց հետո պետք է դրա մեջ ընկղմված բամբակը կամ կտորը դնել աչքերի տակ եւ սպասել 10-15 րոպե։ Պրոցեդուրան կարելի է կատարել ամեն օր, մեկ շաբաթ։
Վարունգ
Վարունգը հարուստ է հակաօքսիդանտներով, ինչպես նաեւ սպիտակեցնող հատկություն ունեցող նյութերով։ Հետեւաբար, այն նույնպես կիրառելի է աչքերի տակ սեւ շրջանակներից ազատվելու հարցում։
Անհրաժեշտ է վարունգը հաստ շերտերով կտրատել եւ 30 րոպե թողնել սառնարանում։ Այնուհետեւ 10-15 րոպե դնել աչքերի վրա՝ համոզվելով, որ այն ծածկում է սեւ շրջանակները։ 1 շաբաթ ամեն օր այս գործողությունը կրկնելով՝ արդյունքը նկատելի կլինի։
Լոլիկի հյութ
Լոլիկի հյութը նույնպես հիանալի միջոց է սեւ շրջանակներին «հրաժեշտ տալու» համար։ Պարզապես հարկավոր է լոլիկի հյութը քսել աչքերի տակ եւ 10 րոպե անց լվացվել սառը ջրով։ Այս գործընթացը երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում կարելի է կրկնել ամեն օր։
