1. Սանրվելը
Մոնիտորի առջեւ անցնող աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում դեմքի մկաններն այնպես են լարվում, որ գլուխը ծանրանում է եւ սկսում է ցավել: Սթրեսից խուսափելու միջոցներից մեկը մազերը 10-15 րոպե սանրելն է: Այդ պրոցեդուրան օգնում է «թափ հաղորդել» արյանը եւ թուլացնել մկանները:
2. Պաղպաղակ ուտել
Համեղ սնունդը արդյունավետ հակասթրեսային դոպինգ է: Լավ տրամադրությունը պահպանելուն, սթրեսը հանելուն օգնում է ճարպոտ ձուկը, որում նյարդային համակարգի համար շատ օգտակար օմեգա-3 թթուներ են պարունակվում: Եթե ձուկ չեք սիրում, պաղպաղակ կամ բանան կերեք: Այդ մթերքները հակադեպրեսանտներից վատ չեն ազդում:

Էներգիան պահպանելու համար 30 վայրկյան մերսեք քթի տակ, հոնքերի արանքում, ստորին շուրթի տակ եւ ափի կենտրոնում գտնվող կետերը:
4. Ափերը տրորել
Նյարդային լարումից ազատվելու եւ սթրեսից խուսափելու եւս մեկ միջոց: Պետք է ամբողջ ուժով ափերն իրար քսել, մինչեւ որ տաքանան: Օգտակար է նաեւ լավ տրորել ականջները: Այդպես դուք կկարողանաք առույգանալ եւ կենտրոնանալ աշխատանքի վրա:

Բացասական հույզերը հաղթահարելուն օգնում է 15 րոպեանոց ցնցուղը: Կանգնեք ջրի տաք ցնցուղի տակ, որպեսզի ջուրը մերսի գլուխը եւ ուսերը: Շուտով կզգաք, որ ջուրն իր հետ տանում է այն, ինչ անպետք է:
