Միջազգային պահուստների ամենացածր մակարդակը անցած մեկ տարվա ընթացքում.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Այս տարվա մայիսին Հայաստանի Միջազգային պահուստները կազմել են մեկ միլիարդ 532 միլիոն դոլար։ Սա պահուստների ամենացածր մակարդակն Է անցած մեկ տարվա ընթացքում։ 2015 թվականի մայիսին այդ ցուցանիշը մոտ 1.6 միլիարդ դոլար էր։
Արտաքին պահուստների դինամիկան կապված չէ սեզոնայնության հետ, սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ այս տարվա մայիսին արձանագրված ցուցանիշը ամենացածրն է վերջին յոթ տարիների նույն ամսվա ցուցանիշներից։ Ավելի քիչ մեր արտաքին պահուստները եղել են 2009 թվականի մայիսին՝ մեկ միլիարդ 260 միլիոն դոլար։ Խնդիրն իհարկե մեր երկրի արտաքին պահուստների ամսական փոփոխությունները չեն։ Մտահոգիչն այն է, որ անցած 6-7 տարիների ընթացքում դրանց մակարդակը էականորեն չի փոխվել, տատանվելով 1-2 միլիարդ դոլարի շրջակայքում։ Սակայն այդ նույն ընթացքում ՀՀ արտաքին պարտքը աճել է մոտ 3.5 անգամ։ Մասնավորապես 2009 թվականի մայիսին մեր երկրի արտաքին պարտքը 1.3 միլիարդ դոլար էր, իսկ այս տարի այն հասել է արդեն մոտ 4.5 միլիարդ դոլարի։ Նշենք նաև, որ մեր երկրի արտաքին պահուստները ձևավորվում են հիմնականում Արժույթի միշազգային հիմնադրամի տրամադրած վարկերի շնորհիվ և դրանցով սպասարկվում են նույն այդ վարկերը»,–գրում է թերթը։
