««Սպասեք»: Սա այն արտահայտությունն է, որը հնչում է վերջին օրերին ամենաշատը քննարկվող հայտնի տեսանյութում, որը նկարահանվել է ապրիլյան պատերազմի առաջին օրերին կամ առաջին օրը` ապրիլի 2-ին` ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական սահմանի դիրքերից մեկում: «Սպասեք»` ասում է հրամանատարությունից ինչ-որ մեկը զինվորներին, ովքեր զեկուցում են, որ ադրբեջանցի զինվորները մոտենում են մեր դիրքերին: Զեկուցում են` կրակելու հրամանի սպասելով: Զեկուցում են` չսպասելով այլ հրամանի, որովհետև այդպիսին է պատերազմի կանոնը, որը նման իրավիճակում նաև կենաց-մահու պայքարի միակ կանոնն է, կենդանի մնալու, չզոհվելու, չնահատակվելու կանոնը:

Բայց քանի որ պատերազմն ընթանում է ոչ միայն՝ պատերազմի, այլ նաև՝ քաղաքականության կանոններով, հրամանատարությունից ինչ-որ մեկը զինվորներին հրահանգում է սպասել: Սպասել մահվան: Սպասել` մեծ քաղաքականությանը զոհաբերվելուն: Սպասել` առանց դիմադրելու: Սպասել` ենթարկվելով հրամանին:

Հրամանատարությունից ինչ-որ մեկի հրամանին, որն այդ հրամանը ստացել է ավելի վերևում գտնվող ինչ-որ մեկից, վերջինս էլ նույնը ստացել է ավելի բարձրից… Հրամանը ստացվել է ղեկավարությունից, որը պատերազմը ենթարկեցրել է քաղաքականությանը:

Քաղաքականությանն է ենթարկեցրել նաև զինվորների կյանքը: Հետմահու հերոսանալու երաշխավորված ապագայով, բնականաբար: Ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած այս առանձին պատմությունն իրականում ոչ թե՝ բացառության, այլ՝ օրինաչափության արտահայտություն է:

Օրինաչափություն, որով ապրում են Հայաստանն ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ոչ միայն՝ պատերազմում, այլ՝ ընդհանրապես, կյանքում:

Մեզ հրահանգում կամ, լավագույն դեպքում, հորդորում են սպասել ցանկացած հարցում: Սպասել նորմալ պետություն ունենալու բաղձալի օրվան: Սպասել արդար ընտրություններին: Սպասել մարդու իրավունքների իրական պաշտպանությանն ու արդարադատությանը: Սպասել կոռուպցիայի դեմ իրական պայքարին ու պետությունը մսխողների իրական դատաստանին: Սպասել իշխանության հովանավորյալների ու չհովանավորյալների իրական հավասարությանը: Մեզ հորդորում են սպասել անգամ այն դեպքում, երբ ընտրություն կեղծողն ու կաշառակերը, պաշտոնյա մարդասպանն ու գողական դատավորը, պետության «թշնամին», մի խոսքով, շատ մոտ է ու տեսանելի, ինչպես սահմանագծին երևացող հակառակորդը: Հորդորում են սպասել ու «չկրակել»:

Ու եթե սահմանին կանգնած զինվորներին հրահանգում են սպասել մահվան` ֆիզիկական ու անհատական մահվան, ապա հասարակությանը հորդորում են սպասել պետության վախճանին: Հայաստանն ապրում է այս` սպասման ռեժիմում:

Անտարբերությունը, որով սպասում է հասարակությունը, երկարաձգում է ոչ թե՝ պետության, այլ՝ իշխանության կյանքը: Պետության վախճանի ժամանակ իշխանություն չի լինի: Կլինեն նախկին պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք, ճակատագրի բերումով, եղել են ո՛չ սպասողների, այլ՝ սպասման հրահանգ տվողների շարքում: Իսկ մենք սպասում ենք:»,–գրում է թերթը։
