Իշխանություն vs հանրություն. ո՞վ է մեղավոր

Մովսես Դեմիրճյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մենք սովոր ենք ամեն ինչում մեղադրել իշխանություններին, ինշխանություններն էլ՝ մեզ: Արատավոր շրջան է, որից գլուխ հանելու և դուրս գալու համար պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչն է մեզ միավորում, ոչ թե բաժանում:
Իսկ միավորում է մեզ ընդհանուր կեցությունը, որում և՛ իշխանությունները, և՛ մենք ապրում ենք: Եվ այդ կեցությունն է որոշում մեր բոլորիս գիտակցությունը: 
Կեցությունն ամբողջական չէ՝ իրավական չէ, քաղաքական չէ, ազգային չէ, մի տեղ էլ մարդկային էլ չէ, դրա համար մեր գիտակցությունը իրավական չէ, քաղաքական չէ...
Բայց ո՞վ է մեղավոր Հայաստանի սոցիալական կեցությունն այդչափ աղավաղելու մեջ, որ մեր գիտակցությունն էլ որպես դրա հետևանք դառնում է այսքան անմարդկային:
Մեղավոր է և՛ իշխանությունը, և՛ շարքային քաղաքացիները: 
Բայց իշխանությունն՝ ավելի շատ: Ինչու՞. որովհետև հենց իշխանությունն է պատասխանատու այն պայմանների համար, որոնց ստեղծվել են՝ կոռուպցիա, ապօրինի զենքի տարածում և կիրառում, հովանավորչություն և այլն:
Այդ ամենը մեր և իշխանությունների համատեղ կենսագործունեության արդյունքն է, և մենք մեր լուման ունենք երկրում կոռուպցիայի, հովանավորչության և այլ բացասական երևույթների տարածման մեջ:
Բայց մեղքի ավելի մեծ բաժին ունի իշխանությունը, որովհետև ինքն է ստեղծել այն բարոյական և իրավական պայմանները, որոնցում ապրում են շարքային քաղաքացիները:
Մեղքի ավելի մեծ բաժին ունի իշխանությունը, որովհետև ինքն է պատասխանատու այդ իրավիճակը շտկելու համար, և չի շտկում:
Մեղքի ավելի մեծ բաժին ունի իշխանությունը, որովհետև ինքը չպետք է առաջնորդվի այս օրով, ինչպես անում են շարքային քաղաքացիները: Շարքային մարդու համար կյանքը այսօրն է, իշխանությունները, մինչդեռ, չպետք է սահմանափակվեն ներկայով, այլ պետք է ստեղծեն ցանկալի ապագա:

Իսկ հիմա հանրությունը և իշխանությունը պարզապես մրցում են, թե ով ավելի մեծ չափով կօգտվի ստեղծված անբարոյական և ոչ իրավական պայմաններից, իսկ դա սխալ է:
