ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են 2015թ. օգոստոսի 4-ին Ագարակում հնչած կրակոցների մի շարք հանգամանքներ, հստակեցվում են առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը։

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Ագարակի բնակիչ, 1962թ. ծնված Ս.Հովհաննիսյանի հետ լարված փոխհարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող 28-ամյա Ռ.Աթանեսյանը, 30-ամյա Բ.Ավետիսյանը ավտոմեքենան արագ վարելու հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել են նրա հետ:

Այնուհետեւ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, մի խումբ անձինք Ռ.Աթանեսյանին պատկանող «Պորշե Կայեն S 4.5» մակնիշի, Բ. Ավետիսյանին պատկանող «Մերսեդես Բենց E320» մակնիշի եւ Լ. Ալավերդյանին պատկանող «Վազ 21-06» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներով դարանակալել են Ագարակ քաղաքի Չարենցի փողոցի 22-րդ շենքի բակում, ապա «Վազ 21-06» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ղեկին գտնվող անձը վարելով հարվածել է Ս.Հովհաննիսյանի վարած «Նիսսան Իքստրեյլ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ձախ հատվածին։ Այնուհետեւ  կրակոցներ են արձակվել Ս.Հովհաննիսյանի ուղղությամբ, սակայն վերջինիս հաջողվել է դիմել փախուստի։

Դեպքի առթիվ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 5-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ, 7-րդ եւ 10-րդ կետերով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից, խուլիգանական դրդումներով, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով մարդուն դիտավորությամբ ապօրինի կյանքից զրկելու փորձ):

Քննության շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձերբակալվել է 3 անձ. 2015թ. օգոստոսի 12-ին Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն են ներկայացել Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ Հ. Հովհաննիսյանը /ծնված 1984թ./ եւ  Ռ.Աթանեսյանը /ծնված 1987թ./,  վերջինս  ներկայացրել է նաեւ «Վինչեստր ֆաբարմ» մոդելի  12 մմ տրամաչափի մեկ փողանի որսորդական հրացանը։

Օգոստոսի 11-ին Սյունիքի  մարզային քննչական վարչություն էր ներկայացել նաեւ միջադեպի մասնակից Բ.Ավետիսյանը:  Նշված երեք անձինք ձերբակալվել են՝ Ս.Հովհաննիսյանի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բազմակողմանի եւ օբյեկտիվ  քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
