7. Ձու – 1 հատ
8. Քնջութ

Պատրաստման եղանակը.

1. Դրոժը լցնել գոլ կաթի մեջ, ավելացնել շաքարավազը, խառնել և թողնել 10 րոպե՝ մինչև պղպջակ տալը:
2. Մաղել ալյուրը, ավելացնել աղը և կարագը, տրորել մատների ծայրերով՝ մինչև մանր փշրանք դառնալը:
3. Կարագաալյուրային զանգվածի միջնամասում փոսիկ անել և լցնել դրոժով կաթը: Թողնել մի քանի րոպե:
4. Հունցել հարթ խմոր: Եթե ալյուրը քիչ լինի, մի փոքր էլ ավելացնել:
5. Ծածկել խմորով թասը սննդային թաղանթով, դնել տաք տեղ՝ մինչև խմորի գալը (մոտ 1 ժամ, մինչև կրկնակի աճ տալը):
6. Պատրաստի խմորին տալ երշիկի տեսք և բաժանել 16 հավասար մասերի:
7. Յուրաքանչյուր մասից ձևավորել կլոր բուլկի: Վրան ձու քսել:
8. Թաթախել քնջութի մեջ, դնել տապակի վրա:
9. Բուլկիների վրա սուր դանակով խաչաձև կտրվածք անել:
10. Թողնել բուլկիները 30-40 րոպե: Այդ ընթացքում դրանք պետք է մեծանան 1.5 անգամ:
11. Թխել 200 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում 20-25 րոպե:
