Մասնագետները սինթետիկ գինի են ստացել ջրից

«Մենք կարող ենք ջուրը գինի դարձնել ընդամենը 15 րոպեում»,- պնդում են Մարդոն Չուան եւ Ալեք Լին՝ Ava Winery նախագծի հեղինակները, որոնք սինթետիկ գինի են ստանում առանց խաղողի, համային միացությունների եւ էթանոլի համակցման միջոցով։ Նախագծի հեղինակների մոտ այդ գաղափարը ծագել է 2015թ. Քալիֆորնիայի գինեգործարան այցի ժամանակ, որտեղ նրանց ցուցադրել են Chateau Montelena հայտնի գինու շիշը։ Այդ գինին 1976թ. հաղթել էր Փարիզում, ֆրանսիական գինիներին։ Մարդոնն ու Ալեքը հասկացել են, որ չեն կարող այդպիսի թանկ գինի իրենց թույլ տալ եւ որոշել են սինթետիկ գինի ստանալ։
Ավանդական գինին ստացվում է խաղողի խմորման միջոցով։ ՄԻ քանի օր Մարդոնն ու Ալեքը փորձել են էթանոլը համադրել մրգային միացությունների հետ, բայց ըմպելիքը սկզբում անդուր համ է ունեցել։ Այնուհետ նրանք վերլուծել են տարբեր գինիների քիմիական բաղադրությունները, պարզել հիմնական մոլեկուլները եւ դրանք խառնել են որոշակի համամասնությամբ։ Ըստ նրանց, իրենք ստացել են իտալական Moscato d’Asti սպիտակ գինու սինթետիկ տարատեսակը։ Առաջիկայում մտադիր են ստանալ Dom Pérignon շամպայնի համը, իսկ ըմպելիքները ներկայացնելու են 2016թ. վերջին։
Քննադատները վստահ են, որ նոր գինիները արժանանալու են դասական գինեգործների բուռն հակազդեցությանը։
