Ոսկու շուկաներում «կատաստրոֆիկ» վիճակ է, մարդիկ սառեցնում են իրենց ԱՁ-ները

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Բաղնիքի» եւ ոսկու մյուս շուկաներում «կատաստրոֆիկ» վիճակ է՝ փաստում են ոսկեգործությամբ զբաղվողները: Ամեն օր փակվում են նոր ԱՁ-ներ, ու շուկայում սեղանիկները մնում են դատարկ:
Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից իր ԱՁ-ն է պատրաստվում փակել նաեւ տիկին Շողիկը: «Առեւտուրը համարյա 90 տոկոսով հետ է գնացել, բացարձակ առեւտուր չկա: Ուղիղ 2 տարի է՝ ես իմ նախկին կուտակած ապրանքները վաճառում եմ ինքնարժեքով, ինքնարժեքից ցածր, որպեսզի կարողանամ վճարել հարկերն ու վարձավճարները: Ես 2 տարուց ավելի շահույթ չեմ ունեցել, ու այլեւս այսպես շարունակելն անհնար է: Ես սեպտեմբերի 1-ից փակում եմ իմ ԱՁ-ն»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց տիկին Շողիկը:
Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ իրենք հույս ունեին, որ գոնե շուկայի սեփականատերերը մի քիչ կիջեցնեին վարձավճարները, բայց անօգուտ: Ոչ ոք ոչ մի զիջման չգնաց, եւ այս վիճակով այլեւս հնարավոր չէ աշխատել: «Ոչ մեկի կողմից ոչ մի մոտեցում չեղավ, ոչ մի գրոշ վարձավճարներից չիջեցվեց, ու այլեւս հնարավոր չէ գոյատեւել եւ այլ միջոցներով աշխատած գումարը դնել էս գործի մեջ, անօգուտ է: Շուկայի տերերն էլ համառում են, թե իրենք էլ են հարկեր տալիս, իրենց վրա էլ է գումար դրված: Սա է իրականությունը»,- հավելեց տիկին Շողիկը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ առաջիկայում ավելի վատ է լինելու, քանի որ այս երկու ամսվա մեջ գոնե չնչին առեւտուր լինում էր, քանի որ սփյուռքահայեր, տուրիստներ շատ կան քաղաքում, բայց «սեպտեմբերից իսկական կատաստրոֆիկ վիճակ է լինելու: Բոլորը դրանում կհամոզվեն ու նույնպես կսկսեն փակել իրենց կետերը:
Չէր կարելի մի գործունեության վրա 10 տեսակի հարկ դնել, ոսկու գինը բարձրացնել ու ակնկալել, որ էդ վիճակում առեւտուր կլիներ»,- նկատեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Նույն վիճակն էր նաեւ Մալաթիայի ոսկու շուկայում: Խմբագրություն զանգահարած աշխատակիցը հորդորում էր գնալ եւ նկարահանել դատարկ սեղանները: «Ապշելու բան է, ամեն օր 2-3 հոգի իրենց իրերը հավաքում են ու գնում, ու սա կառավարությունն անվանում է ոլորտի խթանո՞ւմ: Ի՞նչ խթանման մասին է խոսքը, երբ հարկերն ու վարձավճարները խեղդում են մեզ, վարկերի տակ խեղդված ենք»,- ասաց աշխատակիցը»:
