550 կարիքավոր սիրիահայեր աջակցություն են փնտրում Հալեպից Հայաստան հասնելու համար

ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի(ՓԳՀ) հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչությունը տեղյակ է Հալեպից 550 կարիքավոր սիրիահայերի մասին, ովքեր աջակցություն են փնտրում Հայաստան հասնելու համար:
Այս մասին լրագրողներին տեղեկացրեց ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ հայաստանյան ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստոֆ Բիրվիրթը` նշելով, որ ակտիվ աշխատանք են տանում սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրներով զբաղվող և սփյուռքի մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունների հետ: «Արդեն հինգ տարի է, ինչ շարունակվում է սիրիական հակամարտությունը, և չնայած միջազգային հանրության վերսկսած և ընդլայնված ջանքերին, դեռևս չկա խաղաղության տեսլական: Փոխարենը վերջերս Հալեպում տեղի ունեցած մարտական գործողությունները հանգեցրին նոր տառապանքների և զոհերի նաև քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում` այդ թվում` հայերի»,- ասաց բանախոսը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ փախստականների նոր հոսք են ակնկալում Հայաստան` միևնույն ժամանակ հավելելով, որ այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ այստեղ հասնելը: «Հայաստան գալը դառնում է ավելի դժվար, չկան ուղիղ չվերթներ, միակ ճանապարհը Լիբանանով է: Սակայն Լիբանան մտնել հնարավոր է միայն տոմս ու փաստաթղթեր ունենալու դեպքում: ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ն մարդկանց էվակուացիայով չի զբաղվում, բայց եթե մարդիկ իրենց միջոցներով հասնեն Հայաստան, մենք պատրաստ ենք աջակցել նրանց, այդ թվում` առաջին երեք ամիսներին սուբսիդավորել տան վարձը»,-վստահեցրեց ՄԱԿ-ի պաշտոնյան:
Նրա խոսքով` վերջին մեկուկես տարիներին Սիրիայից Հայաստան եկած մարդիկ ծայրահեղ վատ վիճակում են գտնվում: «Առաջին խումբը, որ եկավ, բարձր ու միջին խավից էր: Նրանք եկան իրենց մեքենաներով, իրենց հետ բերեցին որոշ սարքավորումներ, գործիքներ, ինչն այստեղ գործ հիմնելու լավ նախապայման էր: Դա ստեղծել է թյուր կարծիք, թե նրանք հարուստ են, բայց վերջին տարիներին Հայաստան ժամանողները խիստ կարիքավոր են ու աջակցության անհրաժեշտություն ունեն»,-հավելեց Քրիստոֆ Բիրվիրթը:
ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչը նկատեց, որ սիրիական պատերազմի մեկնարկից մինչ օրս ՀՀ կառավարության տվյալներով 20 հազար փախստական է եկել Հայաստան ու ներկայում այստեղ ապրում է 16 հազարը: ՄԱԿ-ն այդ թիվը գնահատում է 14-15 հազար: Բիրվիրթի դիտարկմամբ` փախստականները Հայաստանում անվտանգ ու ապահով են զգում, բայց ապրուստի հետ կապված խնդիրներ են առաջանում` երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական դժվարություններով պայմանավորված:
