ՀՀ և ՌԴ նախագահները մտքեր են փոխանակել Վիեննայi պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքի շուրջ

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Կոնստանտինովյան պալատում հունիսի 20-ին կայացել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և ՌԴ Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպումը: Ռազմավարական գործընկեր երկու երկրների նախագահները քննարկել են ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին վերաբերող հարցեր, այդ համատեքստում անդրադարձել տարածաշրջանի զարգացումներին և անվտանգությանն սպառնացող ներկայիս մարտահրավերներին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նախագահները մտքեր են փոխանակել Վիեննայում ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահող երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների նախաձեռնությամբ կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքի շուրջ:

«Հարգարժա՛ն Սերժ Ազատի,
Հարգելի՛ բարեկամներ,

Թույլ տվեք ողջունել ձեզ Պետերբուրգում: Մենք քիչ առաջ երկուսով՝ Սերժ Ազատիի հետ, որոշ հարցերի շուրջ բավականին հանգամանալից զրույց ունեցանք: Ընդլայնված կազմով մեր հանդիպման սկզբում կցանկանայի նշել, որ մենք արձանագրում ենք ապրանքաշրջանառության աճ` չնայած մեր և միջազգային տնտեսություններում առկա բոլոր դժվարություններին:

Մի քանի անգամ, կարելի է ասել, աճել է հայկական կողմից գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների մատակարարումը ռուսական շուկա, ինչը մեզ շատ է ուրախացնում: Հուսով եմ, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս միտումը լիովին կամրապնդվի թե՛ ապրանքաշրջանառության զարգացման, թե՛ մեզ համար զգայուն ապրանքախմբերի տեսակետից: Կարելի է նշել, որ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների շրջանակներում մեր հարաբերությունները զարգանում են էլ ավելի ինտենսիվ, քան դրանք ավելի վաղ զարգանում էին երկկողմ հիմքերի վրա, ինչը մեզ շատ է ուրախացնում: Կա հնարավորություն և անհրաժեշտություն խոսել այն մասին, թե ինչպես ենք մենք գործելու հետագայում: Այժմ Հայաստանը նախագահում է ՀԱՊԿ-ում, և աշնանը պետք է կայանա բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպում: Հոկտեմբերին, այդ մասին նույնպես կխոսենք: Մենք շատ ուրախ ենք Ձեզ տեսնել: Շնորհակալություն, որ ընդունեցիք հրավերը»,-ասել է ՌԴ Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:

ՀՀ Նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՌԴ Նախագահին` Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում նման հանդիպում կազմակերպելու նախաձեռնության համար, որտեղ բառացիորեն երեկ ավարտվեց տնտեսական համաժողովը, որը ըստ Նախագահ Սարգսյանի, կարևոր հարթակ է դարձել համաշխարհային տնտեսության խնդիրների քննարկման համար: ՀՀ Նախագահը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի բոլոր երկրներում ուշադիր հետևել են այդ կարևոր միջոցառմանը

«Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրի, քանի որ այս հանդիպումը հիմնականում նվիրված է Ղարաբաղին, ես կանգ չեմ առնի երկկողմ հարցերի օրակարգի վրա: Բոլոր ուղղություններով կապերն ամրապնդվում են: Իրականում, այստեղ խնդիրներ չկան:

Մեր դիրքորոշումը Ղարաբաղի հարցում հայտնի է բոլորին: Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որպեսզի հարցը լուծվի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով: Ես ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Ձեզ, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների մյուս ղեկավարներին այն ուշադրության, ջանքերի համար, որ դուք հատկացնում եք այս հարցին: Բայց, ցավոք, մի կողմի ցանկությամբ նման հակամարտությունները ոչ մի կերպ չեն լուծվում: Եվ մենք, իհարկե, շատ ուրախ կլինեինք, եթե այսօր կարողանայինք առաջ շարժվել Վիեննայում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման ուղղությամբ` այսինքն` Հրաադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների հետաքննության մեխանիզմներ ստեղծենք: Դա աշխատանքային տրամադրվածություն կստեղծի բանակցությունների անցկացման համար:
