1. Սովորիր երջանկություն ճառագել: Երջանկություն ճառագող կինն ուժեղ մագնիս է տղամարդկանց համար: Ապացուցված է, որ եթե երջանիկ ժպիտ «նկարես», կմտնես անհրաժեշտ վիճակի մեջ, իսկ հետո կգա իրական երջանկությունը:
2. Գիշեր-ցերեկ մի մտածիր այն մասին, թե դու որքան պետք է բարձրացնես ինքնագնահատականդ: Չափից մեծ ցանկությունը երբեմն խոչընդոտ է դառնում սեփական ինքնաիրացման ճանապարհին: Ուղղակի ապրիր եւ հավատա, որ կհասնես այն ամենին, ինչ կցանկանաս:
3. Կորչի կատարելության ավելորդ ձգտումը: Քեզ թույլ տուր անկատար լինել: Նույնիսկ եթե դու ինչ-որ բան ուրիշներից վատ ես անում, դրա իրավունքն ունես, դու պարտավոր չես ամեն ինչում իդեալական լինել:
4. Մոռացիր վախերի մասին: Պատկերացրու, թե տեղի է ունեցել հենց այն, ինչից դու այնքան վախենում էիր` ամենավատը: Նախապես տարբերակներ մտածիր, թե ինչպես վարվես այդ դեպքում։ Եվ հիշիր, որ ինքնագնահատականը բարձրացնելու համար օգտակար է ցանկացած, նույնիսկ բացասական փորձը:
5. Գործերը մի հետաձգիր: Որքան երկար ես պատրաստվում ինչ-որ բան սկսել, այնքան անորոշ են թվում դժվարությունները:
6. Մի վախեցիր նոր բան սովորել եւ փորձել այն, ինչ նախկինում երբեք չես արել: Դու չգիտես, թե երբ դա քեզ ծառայություն կմատուցի:
7. Հետեւիր արտաքինիդ: Մարզասրահ, լողավազան, դիմահարդար, վարսահարդար: Ոչինչ այնքան չի բարձրացնում ինքնագնահատականը, որքան նոր կերպարը, որ սանդրվածքը:
