Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացել է Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների եռակողմ հանդիպումը, որից հետո նախագահներ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, Վլադիմիր Պուտինը և Իլհամ Ալիևը հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում են նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Հայտարարությունում մասնավորապես ասված է.
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահները 2016թ. հունիսի 20-ին հանդիպեցին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում` ՌԴ Նախագահի հրավերով և քննարկեցին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանական Հանրապետության նախագահները վերահաստատեցին Վիեննայում ս.թ. մայիսի 16-ին կայացած հայ-ադրբեջանական գագաթնաժողովի պայմանավորվածությունները` ուղղված հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի կայունացմանը և խաղաղ գործընթացի առաջընթացին նպաստող մթնոլորտի ստեղծմանը: Այդ նպատակով նրանք համաձայնեցին մասնավորապես մեծացնել հակամարտության գոտում միջազգային դիտորդների թվաքանակը: Նրանք գոհունակություն հայտնեցին վերջին շրջանում շփման գծում հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանման կապակցությամբ:
Կայացավ կարգավորման առանցքային/բովանդակային հարցերի շուրջ մտքերի հանգամանալից փոխանակում:
Պետությունների ղեկավարները փաստեցին մի շարք հարցերի կապակցությամբ փոխըմբռնման հասնելու հանգամանքը, որոնց լուծումը հնարավորություն կընձեռի պայմաններ ստեղծել առաջընթաց արձանագրելու ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման հարցում:
Նախագահները նշեցին իրենց կանոնավոր շփումների կարևոր նշանակությունը և պայմանավորվեցին շարունակել դրանք նման ձևաչափով ի հավելում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների աշխատանքի, ովքեր հրավիրված էին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած հանդիպման ավարտին»:
