Բրիտանացի կենսաքիմիկոսներն ստեղծել են արյան նոր թեստ, որը թույլ Է տալիս որոշել սրտի կաթվածի զարգացման հավանականությունը եւ վաղօրոք կանխատեսել դրա սկսվելն ու միջոցներ ձեռնարկել այդ տհաճ իրադարձությունից դեռ հինգ տարի առաջ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված ԷEBioMedicine հանդեսում հրապարակված հոդվածում:

«Այն, որ ուժեղ իմունային համակարգը մեզ պաշտպանում Է սրտի կաթվածից, չափազանց հետաքրքիր բացահայտում Է դարձել մեզ համար: Բացի այն, որ մենք այժմ կկարողանանք ավելի լավ կանխատեսել, թե որ մարդիկ են առավել ենթակա սրտի կաթված ստանալու վտանգին. այժմ մենք պոտենցիալ ուղի ունենք սրտի հիվանդությունների դեմ պայքարելու եւ այն պաշտպանելու համար»,-հայտարարել Է Ռամզի Խամիսը՝ Լոնդոնի (Մեծ Բրիտանիա) կայսերական քոլեջի աշխատակիցը, ում խոսքը մեջբերում Է Telegraph թերթը:

Խամիսը եւ նրա գործընկերները այս եզրակացությանն են եկել՝ մի քանի տարի շարունակ հետեւելով Մեծ Բրիտանիայի գրեթե երկու հազար բնակիչների առողջությանը, որոնց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը տառապում Էր արյան բարձր ճնշումից եւ հիպերտենզիայից, բայց դրա հետ մեկտեղ սրտի եւ անոթների հետ կապված ոչ մի խնդիր չուներ: 

Դեռ երեք տարի առաջ Խամիսի թիմը հայտնաբերել Էր IgG-ի ընտանիքին պատկանող մի քանի ոչ սովորական հակամարմիններ, որոնք գրոհում Էին ոչ թե մանրԷների կամ վիրուսային մասնիկների, այլ խոլեստերինի տարբեր տիպի մոլեկուլների վրա, այդ թվում՝ նաեւ նրանց վրա, որոնք առաջացնում են աթերոսկլերոտիկ թիթեղիկներ եւ հանգեցնում անոթների պատերի նեղացման: Այդ հակամարմինների մի մասն օգտակար Է եղել օրգանիզմի համար այն դեպքում, երբ մյուսները կարող Էին միայն խորացնել աթերոսկլերոզի ընթացքը եւ լրացուցիչ խնդիրներ ստեղծել:  

Հոդվածի հեղինակները որոշել են ստուգել, թե այդ հակամարմինների կենտրոնացումն ինչպես Է ազդում սրտի կաթվածի, սրտի կորոնար հիվանդության եւ սրտանոթային այլ հիվանդությունների, ինչպես նաեւ ուղեղի կաթվածի զարգացման հավանականության վրա՝ հետեւելով իրենց կողմից հավաքված մի խումբ կամավորների եւ ստուգիչ խմբից մի քանի հարյուր առողջ մարդկանց: 

Ինչպես պարզվել Է, արյան մեջ հակամարմինների բարձր կենտրոնացումն ասոցացվել Է սրտի կաթված ստանալու եւ սրտի ու անոթների այլ հիվանդությունների զոհ դառնալու ավելի փոքր շանսերի հետ. առաջինի դեպքում հավանականությունը նվազել Է 58 տոկոսով, իսկ ուղեղի կաթվածի դեպքում՝ 38 տոկոսով: Նման եզրակացություն, ինչպես նշում Է Խամիսը, կարելի Էր անել արդեն այն բանից հինգ տարի առաջ, երբ մարդուն կպատուհասի սրտի կաթվածը կամ ինսուլտը:

«Մենք հուսով ենք, որ մեր կողմից հավաքված տվյալները մեզ կօգնեն որոշելու այն գործոնները, թե ինչու Է իմունային համակարգն առանձին մարդկանց պաշտպանում սրտի նոպաներից այն դեպքում, երբ մյուսներին այն չի օգնում: Մենք նաեւ հույս ունենք, որ կգտնենք իմունային համակարգի ուժեղացման ուղիները եւ այն սրտի ու անոթների պաշտպանությանն ուղղորդելու միջոցները»,- հավելել Է Խամիսը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
