«Վերջին երկու տարվա կտրվածքով և տարվա առաջին հինգ ամիսների հաշվարկով Հայաստանի բնակչության գնողունակությունը նվազել է 38 միլիարդ 188 մլն դրամի չափով։ Այլ կերպ ասած՝ 2014-ին Հայաստանում ապրող մարդիկ հունվար-մայիս ամիսներին 38 միլիարդ դրամով ավելի շատ գումար են ծախսել, քան այս տարի։ Հասկանալի է, որ եթե բնակչությունն իր ֆինանսական հնարավորությունները պահպանում է, ապա նրա ծախսերը չեն կրճատվում։ Ավելին՝ գնողունակության ցուցանիշը մարդկանց սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի ամենաառաջնային ցուցիչն է։ Նախորդ տարիներին Հայաստանի բնակչության գնողունակությունը աստիճանաբար աճել է։ Դա տեղի է ունեցել արտերկրից եկող տրանսֆերտների աճի հետ զուգահեռ։ Վերջին մեկուկես տարում Հայաստան եկող տրանսֆերտները նվազել են մոտ երեք անգամ և շարունակում են պակասել։ Իսկ ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի նախագիծն էլ ապացուցեց, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են փոքր և միջին ձեռներեցությունը ոչնչացնելու քաղաքականությունը»,–գրում է թերթը։
