ԵԱՏՄ-ն եւ Չինաստանը համագործակցության շուրջ բանակցություններ կարող են սկսել արդեն մոտ ժամանակներս

Չինաստանը եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը (ԵԱՏՄ) համագործակցության համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցություններ կարող են սկսել արդեն մոտ ժամանակներս: Այդ մասին ռուսաստանցի լրագրողներին հայտնել Է ՉԺՀ-ում ՌԴ-ի դեսպան Անդրեյ Դենիսովը:
Անցյալ տարվա մայիսին ՉԺՀ-ի նախագահ Սի Ցզինպինի Մոսկվա այցի ընթացքում Ռուսաստանի եւ Չինաստանի ղեկավարները համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության եւ Մետաքսի ճանապարհի տնտեսական գոտու զուգորդման վերաբերյալ:
«Բացառված չԷ, որ մոտ ժամանակներս ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ բոլոր երկրների համաձայնությամբ տրվի այդ բանակցությունների մեկնարկը»,-ասել Է Դենիսովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ բնագավառում փոխգործակցությունն ընթանում Է երկու ուղղությամբ. առաջինը՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ի եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի գործակցությունն Է Չինաստանի հետ: «Այստեղ խոսքը վերաբերում Է գործընկերության համաձայնագրի շուրջ կողմերի միջեւ բանակցությունների ակնկալվող սկսվելուն: Դա ավանդական նորմատիվային բազան Է, որը գոյություն ունի աշխարհում ամենուրեք, որտեղ խոսքը վերաբերում Է առեւտրի պայմանների դյուրացման մեխանիզմներին»,-նշել Է Դենիսովը եւ հավելել, որ վերջին մեկ տարում դրա համար շատ բան Է արվել. հանդիպումներ են անցկաց վել փորձագետների մակարդակով:
«Ցանկացած համագործակցության համար անհրաժեշտ Է ստեղծել ինստիտուցիոնալ նորմատիվային շրջանակներ: Չինաստանի եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի փոխգործակցությունը հենց նման շրջանակներ Է ստեղծում»,-ընդգծել Է ՉԺՀ-ում ՌԴ-ի դեսպանը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
