Ղազախստանը մի քանի անգամ ընդգծել է, որ հանդես է գալիս տարածաշրջանային բոլոր կոնֆլիտների, այդ թվում ղարաբաղյան խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման օգտին:
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ-ում Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թիմուր Ուրազաևը:
«Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում չլինեն կրակոցներ, և պահպանվի հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Ինչ վերաբերում է ապրիլյան իրադարձություններին, որոնք այստեղ անվանում են քառօրյա պատերազմ, ապա գիտենք, որ դրա հետևանքով եղան զոհեր երկու կողմերում: Մենք մեր ցավակցությունն ենք հայտնում երկու կողմերին էլ: Նման բան չպետք է լինի: Ինչ վերաբերում է գնահատականներին. Ղազախստանն ընդգրկված չէ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի կազմում: Գնահատական կարող են տալ այն երկրները, որոնք լիազորված են միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Տեղեկատվական պատերազմների պայմաններում նույնիսկ ինձ միշտ չէ, որ հեշտ է հասկանալ այս կամ այն իրադարձությունը»,-ասաց դեսպանը: Նրա խոսքով, Ղազախստանի նախագահը պատրաստ է իր հնարավորությունների սահմաններում նպաստել, որ կողմերը գան խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման:
