Ցանկանում ե՞ք 3 օրում ազատվել 5կգ։ Եթե այո, ապա այս դիետան Ձեզ համար է։
Ռազմական դիետան շատ պարզ է․պետք է ընդամենը ճշգրիտ ձևով կատարել այն՝ շատ քիչ փոփոխություններով, որը կարող է վերաբերել մրգերին։ Պետք է պարտադիր անել նախաճախ, ճաշ և ընթրիք։ Ճարպերը պետք է բացառել։ Դիետան շարունակվում է 3 օր, որը հաստատապես կբարելավի նյութափոխանակությունը և կայրի ճարպերը։
3 օր այդ դիետան պահելուց հետո պետք է ընդմիջում կատարել 4 օր և, ցանկության դեպքում, կրկին կրկնել։
1-ին օր
Նախաճաշ - 1 կտոր հացի վրա քսած 2 ճաշի գդալ գետնանուշի կարագ, կես թուրինջ և 1 բաժակ սուրճ կամ թեյ։
Ճաշ - 1 կտոր հաց, կես բաժակ թունա պահածոյացված ձուկ և 1 բաժակ սուրճ կամ թեյ։
Ընթրիq - 1 բաժակ կանաչ լոբի, 85գ միս՝ Ձեր ընտրությամբ, 1 փոքր խնձոր, կես բաժակ գազար, 1 բաժակ բրոկոլի, կես բանան։
2-րդ օր
Նախաճաշ – 1 կտոր հաց, 1 ձու, կես բանան։
Ճաշ – 1 ձու, 1 բաժակ կաթնաշոռ, 5 աղի բլիթներ։
Ընթրիք – 2 նրբերշիկ, կես բաժակ գազար, 1 բաժակ բրոկոլի, կես բանան։
3-րդ օր
Նախաճաշ – 1 կտոր չեդեր պանիր, 5 աղի բլիթներ և 1 փոքր խնձոր։
Ճաշ –1 կտոր հաց, 1 ձու:
Ընթրիք - 1 բաժակ թունա ձուկ, կես բանան և 1 գունդ վանիլային պաղպաղակ։
Այս դիետայի հետ միասին փորձեք հնարավորինս շատ ջուր խմել և լինել ֆիզիկապես ակտիվ, գոնե շատ քայլեք։
