յս օրերին Հայաստանում բավականին մեծ քննարկումների առիթ է դարձել տաքսի ծառայությունների թեման: Հայտնի դարձավ, որ հուլիսի 1-ից շուկայում է հայտնվելու «Յանդեքս տաքսի»-ն: Դժգոհությունների հիմնական մասն ուղված է նոր ընկերության գնային քաղաքականությանը, ըստ որի սպառողները 2 կիլոմետրի համար կվճարեն ընդամենը 100 դրամ:
Նախ «Յանդեքս տաքսի» ընկերության մուտքը դուր չեկավ տեղական ընկերություններին: Թեմային անդրադառնում են նաև տաքսիստների շահերի պաշտանությամբ զբաղվող մի շարք ՀԿ նախագահներ, ովքեր նշում են, թե սա կարող է շուկայից դուրս մղել անհատ վարորդներին ու կազմակերպություններին:
«Հայաստանում ուղևորափոխադրումների կազմակերպում» ՀԿ նախագահ Պողոս Օղլուկյանի խոսքով՝ նոր տաքսու մուտքը շուկա բերելու է գործազրկության. «Ստեղ կոռուպցիա կա, ով «Յանդեքս»-ը բերել է, դրա տակը կոռուպցիա կա, մեր երկրում առանց դրա ոչինչ չկա: Սա նշանակում է, որ մեր ազգին ուզում են այս երկրից դատարկեն»:
Հասկանալի է անհատ տաքսիների վարորդների դժգոհությունները, քանի որ մտավախություն ունեն կորցնելու օրվա եկամուտը, սակայն ՀԿ նախագահների մոտեցումն անհասկանլի է: Ի՞նչ կապ ունի նոր ընկերության ներդրումները գործազրկության հետ: Եթե այս տրամաբանությամբ շարժվենք, ապա որևէ երկիր պետք է Հայաստանում ներդրում չանի, որովհետև դրա արդյունքում, մրցակցության հետևանքով, այլ ընկերություններ կամ անհատներ կարող են դուրս մնալ շուկայից: Մյուս կողմից էլ անհասկանալի է, թե ո՞րն է այստեղ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը: «Յանդեքս տաքսի» ընկերության մեծ ներդրումներն ի՞նչ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր կարող են պարունակել:
Այս թեմային անդրադարձած ՀԿ նախագահները, ովքեր ինչ որ ռիսկեր ու կործանարար գործընթացներ են կանխատեսում ինչու՞ երբեք չեն խոսել հակահիգենիկ, առանց հաշվիչով աշխատող, շատ ժամանակ ավել գումար վերցնող տաքսու վարորդների ու անսարք մեքենաների մասին:
