ԵԽԽՎ մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովում Հայաստանի գծով համազեկուցողները ներկայացրել են իրենց այցի արդյունքները: ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, ԵԽԽՎ-ում Աժ պատվիրակության ղեկավար  Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը ներկայացրել է հանձնաժողովում տեղի ունեցած քննարկումը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի աշխատակազմից,  ԵԽԽՎ-ում Աժ պատվիրակության ղեկավարը նշել է.

«Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ներկայացուցիչ Ալան Միլը մանրակրկիտ ներկայացրեց իրավիճակը Հայաստանում իրենց այցի ժամանակ, որ համընկավ Ադրբեջանի նախաձեռնած ռազմական էսկալացիայի շրջանին, ասելով՝ մենք հասկանում ենք, որ ըստ էության խաղաղ ապրող մարդկանց գնդակահարել են,  հետո նկարել այդ սպանությունները, սպանված հայ զինվորներին գլխատել են և նման վայրագություններով հպարտացել: Ալան Միլն ընդգծեց, որ այդ հարցերով պիտի հետաքրքրվեն պատկան մարմինները և մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովի անդամներին ասաց, որ պատրաստվում են այդ հարցերը ներկայացրել ոչ միայն հանձնաժղովին, այլև, ինչպես Հայաստանում խոստացել են, վեհաժողովի գլխավոր քարտուղարին, ՄԻՊ-ին և այլ պաշտոնական դեմքերի ու կառույցների: Համազեկուցողները տպավորված էին, որ Հայաստանում բոլորը՝ իշխանություն թե ընդդիմություն, պաշտոնյաներ թե քաղաքացիներ, խոսել են այդ մասին: Ալան Միլը նշեց, որ Հայաստան այցի նպատակն էր ծանոթանալ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի մշակմանը, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի գործընթացներին: Սահմանադրության փոփոխություններից հետո Հայաստանում ձեռնամուխ են եղել իրավական դաշտի համապատասխանեցման գործին, ի սկզբանե թվում էր, թե միասնական դիրքորոշո ւմներ չեն գտնվելու՝ բանակցություններ, կոլեկտիվ քննարկումներ, Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի եզրակացություններ և այլն: Ալան Միլի գնահատականով՝ կար քաղաքական կամք և քայլ առ քայլ երկխոսություն էր զարգանում, իշխանությունը ականջալուր էր լինում քաղաքացիական հասարակության և ընդդիմության կարծիքներին, երկխոսության արդյունքում լուծումներ էին գտնվում:

Համազեկուցողներից իտալացի Ջուզեպե Գալատին նույնպես ներկայացրեց իր կարծիքը՝ նշելով, որ կոլեկտիվ քննարկումների և երկխոսության ձևաչափն արդյունքներ է տալիս, որ կա քաղաքական կամք և համազեկուցողները քաջալերում են այդ մոտեցումները, և շարունակելու են մոնիտորինգը, հատկապես, որ աշնանը լինելու է լավ հնարավորություն փորձարկելու համար:

Հանձնաժողովում քննարկման ժամանակ Արմեն Ռուստամյանը և ես ներկայացրինք գործընթացները  և օրեր առաջ կայացած համաձայնությունը 4+4+4 ձևաչափի շրջանակներում՝ ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատելով, որ մեր նպատակն արդար և թափանցիկ քաղաքական գործընթացներն են:

Հանձնաժողովն ի գիտություն ընդունեց այս տեղեկատվությունը՝ կազմելով բավականին դրական պատկերացումներ: Ավարտելով հայաստանյան մասով քննարկումը՝ մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովը անցավ Թուրքիայի ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների մասին զեկույցի լրացումների և փոփոխությունների քննարկմանը, որոնց թիվը հասնում է 50-ի. այս հարցում ևս մեր պատվիրակությունը բավականին ակտիվ աշխատել է»՛:
