ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ մոր և որդու՝ Սիրիկ Հակոբյանի և Սարգիս Հակոբյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2016 թվականի հունիսի 20-ին, ժամը 15:20-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Գյումրու «Ֆանտաններ» թաղամասում բնակվող Սարգիս Հակոբյանը և նրա մայրը մի քանի օր է, ինչ չեն արձագանքում, վերջիններիս տնակից տհաճ հոտ է գալիս:

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ Գյումրի քաղաքի 228/268 տնակում հայտնաբերվել են նույն տնակի բնակիչներ 1936 թ. ծնված Սիրիկ Հակոբյանի և 1960 թ. ծնված Սարգիս Հակոբյանի մարմինները:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ պարզելու մահվան հանգամանքները, նշանակվել դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։

Հունիսի 21-ին ստացվել են մահվան մասին բժշկական վկայականները, որոնց համաձայն՝ մոր և որդու մահը հետևանք է նրանց նկատմամբ կիրառված բռնության։ Մասնավորապես՝ Սիրիկ Հակոբյանի և Սարգիս Հակոբյանի մահվանը հանգեցնող անմիջական վիճակը հանդիսացել է գլխուղեղի կենսական կարևոր ֆունկցիաների սուր խանգարումը, որին բերել է փակ բութ գանգուղեղային վնասվածքը: Բացի նշված վնասվածքից, Ս.Հակոբյանի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է նաև ձախից 5-6-րդ կողոսկրերի կոտրվածքներ:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով։ Մշակվել է քննչական պլան, առաջ են քաշվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ երկու անձի սպանության հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի (անձանց) ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
