Նորից՝ «հող հանձնելու» մասին.«Առավոտ»

«Ամեն անգամ, երբ Հայաստանի նախագահը (ոչ միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանը, այլև առաջին և երկրորդ նախագահները) գնում է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ հանդիպելու, մեր հասարակության մի մասն սկսում է կասկածներ հայտնել՝ «գնում է հող հանձնելու»: Առաջ այդ ենթադրությունները «ցանցային» բնույթ չէր կրում և «ճյուղավորումներ» չէր տալիս: Հիմա ամեն ինչն է «ցանցային», այդ թվում նաև կասկածները:
«Ճյուղավորումը» հետևյալն է. Քանի որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը գնաց Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ «5 շրջան հանձնելու», իսկ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը դրան դեմ է, հենց այդ պատճառով էլ նրան ձերբակալեցին: Դե այդ տրամաբանությամբ ինձ էլ պետք է ձերբակալեն, որովհետև ես էլ եմ դեմ դրան ինչպես Հայաստանի բնակչության 99.99 տոկոսը: Կասեք, որ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանն ավելի վտանգավոր է, քան մյուս հայաստանցիները, որովհետև նա հանրահավաքներ է անում, բայց այդ հանրահավաքներին գալիս են 40-50 հոգի, այնպես որ՝ դժվար թե նրա քաղաքական գործունեությունն իշխանության համար սարսափելի վտանգ ներկայացնի:
Հայաստանի որևէ նախագահ (կամ հետագայում վարչապետ) չի կարող համաձայնել նման ծրագրի՝ բազմաթիվ պատճառներով: Բայց առաջին պատճառն այն է, որ դրանք ինչ-որ շրջաններ չեն, դրանք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հանրապետության տարածքն է, և Հայաստանի ոչ մի քաղաքացի, այդ թվում՝ նախագահ, չի կարող այդ տարածքը նվիրաբերել ուրիշ պետության: Եթե որևէ մեկի մտքով անցնի դա անել, ապա, միևնույնն է, նրա համաձայնությունը զրոյական նշանակություն կունենա:
Իսկ թե ինչու Արցախի ընտրված ներկայացուցիչները չեն մասնակցում այդ բանակցություններին՝ ա՛յ այստեղ ներկայիս և նախորդ իշխանությունները լիքը քննադատվելու տեղ ունեն»,-գրում է թերթը:
