1. Այս վարժությունը կձգի և կամրացնի ազդրերի ներսի հատվածի մկանները: Հաճախ մեր մարմնի հենց այդ մասն է չմարզված մնում, իսկ այդ մկանները պատասխանատու են մեր մարմնի համաչափ զարգացման համար:
Նստեք գետնին, բացեք ոտքերը ինչքան հնարավոր է լայն: Կրունկը գետնից չկտրելով դեպի Ձեզ ձգեք թաթը: Ձեռքի ափերով կպեք հատակին մեջքի ետևում: Կատարեք շնչառական վարժություն. Շունչ քաշեք քթով, լավ արտաշնչեք բերանով: Շունչը պահեք, գլուխը կախ գցեք և դեպի Ձեզ քաշեք որովայնը: Այնուհետև ձեռքերը բերեք առաջ, ափերով դրեք գետնին, բայց արդեն ոտքերի միջև ընկած հատվածում: Մեջքով առաջ եկեք, մի կտրեք ձեռքերը գետնից հետզհետե ավելի առաջանալով: Մի փոքր մնացեք Ձեզ համար մաքսիմալ հեռավորության վրա: Հաշվեք մինչև ութը, շունչը թողեք, ընդունեք նախնական դիրքը: Կրկնեք 3 անգամ: Աստիճանաբար շատացրեք կրկնությունների թիվը:
