Ադրբեջանում հերթական արժեզրկումն է սպասվում

Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեում լարվածությունն արագորեն մեծանում է: Մարտի համեմատ, ապրիլին բյուջեի մուտքերը նվազել են 260 մլն մանաթով, մայիսին` 555 մլն մանաթով: Բյուջեի մուտքերի ամսական նվազման ծավալը երկու ամիսներին 21 տոկոսից հասել է 43 տոկոսի: Այսինքն` Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի եկամուտները մայիսին 43 տոկոսով նվազել են:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական վիճակի հետ կապված «Ազադլըգ» թերթում հրապարակած հոդվածում գրել է տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Նեմաթ Ալիեւը:   

Փորձագետը եզրակացրել է, որ նման ընթացքով 17-18 մլն մանաթ մակարդակի հաստատված Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեում հնարավոր կլինի հավաքել առավելագույնը 13 մլրդ մանաթ:

« 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեում առանց այն էլ կրճատված ծախսերն ավելի կնվազեն: Կարող է մանաթի հերթական արժեզրկման որոշում ընդունվել որպես բյուջե լրացուցիչ դրամական միջոց ներգրավելու հեշտ ճանապարհ «,- ասել է տնտեագետը՝ հավալելով. դա նշանակում է, որ շուտով մեկ մանաթը կարժենա նվազագույնը 2 ԱՄՆ դոլար (ներկայում` 1,53 դոլար): 

Ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ Նաթիգ Ջաֆարլին էլ «Բիզիմ յոլ» թերթին տված հարցազրույցում քննադատել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի տնտեսական հարցերով օգնական Նաթիգ Ամիրովի` մանաթի փոխարժեքը վարչական ճանապարհով որոշելու քաղաքականությունը:

«Իշխանությունը մանաթի փոխարժեքի անունը «լողացող» է դրել, սակայն Կենտրոնական բանկը մանաթի մակարդակը որոշում է վարչական մեթոդներով` փորձելով մինչեւ տարեվերջ արհեստականորեն պահել այն 1,6 մանաթի մակարդակի վրա, ինչն ահնարին է», -ասել է նա:

Ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետները նշում են, որ վերջին ամիսներին բնակչության եկամուտները խիստ նվազել են, քանի որ հակառակ դեպքում դոլարի նկատմամբ պահանջարկն ավելի շատ կլիներ, ինչը չի նկատվում:

Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների համաձայն, Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ն ամեն օր 50-60 մլն դոլար է հանում շուկա, սակայն բանկերն այդքան դոլարն անգամ չեն գնում, քանի որ բնակչության մոտ փող չկա:

Փորձագետները համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ առաջիկայում խորը տնտեսական ճգնաժամում գտնվող Ադրբեջանի բնակչությունը ստիպված կլինի «ավելի սեղմել գոտիները»:
