ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն աշխատանքային հերթական հանդիպումն է ունեցել ՀՀ մարզպետարանների և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կրթության վարչության պետերի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են հանրակրթության ոլորտում առկա մի շարք հիմնախնդիրներ և դրանց լուծման որոշակի առաջարկներ: Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է եղել ՀՀ դպրոցների ֆինանսավորման կարգի, համայնքներում դպրոցների թափուր հաստիքների համալրման , կրթության նոր չափորոշիչների, ուսուցչի մրցույթի անցկացման կարգի վերաբերյալ մի շարք հարցերի: Քննարկվել  են նաև ավագ դպրոցի խնդիրները՝  ուսումնական պլանի, 12-րդ դասարանում ուսումնական գործընթացի կազմակերպման, ավագ դպրոցների բարեփոխումների համատեքստում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ հանրակրթության ոլորտում առկա են մի շարք հիմնախնդիրներ: Ըստ նախարարի՝ երբեմն կարևորելով սոցիալական խնդիրները, այդ թվում բուհերում, անտեսվում է կրթության որակի հարցը: Լևոն Մկրտչյանը կարևորել է նաև հանրակրթությունից դեպի բարձրագույն կրթություն սահուն անցումը, ինչպես նաև մանկավարժական կրթության խնդիրը:

Յուրաքանչյուր մարզի և Երևան քաղաքի կրթության պատասխանատուները ներկայացրել են իրենց մարզերի կրթության ոլորտի հիմնախնդիրները և բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ իրենց տեսլականը: Մասնավորապես, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի կրթության վարչության պետը նշել է, որ մարզի շուրջ 20 դպրոցից ստացվել է մարզի կրթության ոլորտի հիմնախնդիրների և դրանց լուծման վերաբերյալ թվով 50 առաջարկ: Վարչության պետը հիմնականում առանձնացրել է սահմանամերձ և բարձրլեռնային շրջանների մանկավարժների նպատակային ընդունելության խնդիրը՝ ընդգծելով մարզում որոշակի մասնագիտությու նների գծով թափուր աշխատատեղերի հարցը, ինչպես նաև ուսուցիչների մրցույթի և  ատեստավորման կարգի վերանայման և  տնօրենների հավաստագրման և վերապատրաստման կարգի մշակման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Լոռու մարզպետարանի կրթության վարչության պետը կարևորել է մարզում առկա փոքր դպրոցների, ցածր ծանրաբեռնվածություն ունեցող ուսուցիչների, ինչպես նաև գյուղական համայնքների ուսուցչական կադրերի խնդիրը:
Տավուշի մարզի պատասխանատուն իր հերթին անդրադարձել է մարզի 100-300 աշակերտ ունեցող դպրոցների ցածր խտությամբ դասարանների ֆինանսավորման, բազմակոմպլեկտ դասարանների և սահմանամերձ գյուղերի դպրոցների պահպանման ծախսերին առնչվող խնդիրներին:

Մյուս մարզերի վարչության պետերը ևս հիմնականում բարձրացրել են ուսուցչի մրցույթի անցկացման կարգի, դպրոցների միջև հավասար պայմանների անհրաժեշետության, փոքր դպրոցների և հաստիքակազմերի, ներառական կրթության, օտար լեզուների ուսուցման  և որոշ մասնագետների պակասի խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև ռազմագիտություն առակայի ուսուցիչների կարգավիճակի և վերջիններիս վերապատրաստման հարցը:

Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել, որ առաջիկայում նախատեսվող հերթական հանդիպմանը կքննարկվեն հանրակրթության ոլորտի չափորոշիչներին և ավագ դպրոցի հիմնախնդիրներին վերաբերող հավելյալ հարցեր: Այդ կապակցությամբ նախարարը հանձնարարել է առաջիկա հանդիպմանը բարձրացնել յուրաքանչյուր մարզում առկա հրատապ և հեռանկարային լուծում պահանջող կրթական խնդիրները և դրանց լուծման տարբերակները:
